Missing mine while its away being modded !! I have a nice new JV waiting for it +1 on that 224 just praying the dial is right enough to wear and not a 'just missed the boat' rep like the 162 Of course we also have the other PAMs due very shortly !!! Next few months are going to turn the tide on the PAM reps...At last !!!

Lum-Tec A3 -A6 does it for me for lume with a difference as its inverted But generally every single PAM ever made..... You may get lots of opinions but only mine is right !!!

I didnt realise he wore 2 all the time ! I saw him in interviews and during matches wearing 2 during the World Cup but had assumed it was for timing purposes. As some refs and other managers do. Maybe he cant give his branded ones away so he wears 2, who knows where else he might keep one !! He is a strange character but most genuises in their field are.... I was amazed at the number of people who were wearing Hublots during the Finals, all of which had been given away by Hublot as the official time sponsors. Watching the pundits sporting their own was heart breaking for me... just think all you need to do is talk bollox and you can end up with a fantastic watch !! Maybe if I keep at it myself I might get one !!

Although its a very unfortunate way to show just how unimportant baldness came be in the greater scheme of things... it really brings home that baldness should be treated more as a character trait rather than an affliction.... As you say Max, women are much more astute than we sometimes give them credit for when it comes to liking the opposite sex.... personally I always found that putting a smile on their face and food in their stomachs got me further than good looks and hair... I am sorry to hear about your friend and what some may see as a lost opportunity but I hope he has learned to adapt and enjoy what he does have and the opportunities that still lay ahead... Give him my best wishes Its always a stark reminder that no matter how hard or difficult life may seem there is always someone worse off and usually they make you feel ashamed to be feeling sorry for yourself by their positive mental attitude and outlook on life generally.... On a lighter note I always wonder if you kept meeting these people who are worse off in increasing ways as to who would be waiting at the end of the scale and what their problem/s might be !!??

I agree there Max... Had a mate I have known for years started to thin out around 21, of course we all took the [censored] as you do at that age but he always gave as good as he got ...... after a few months of that ribbing he tried to end it.. we never realised how much it effected this guy as it never appeared to upset him in that way. I myself started losing it many years ago but my hair has always been short and although I certainly dont have the looks being a baldy really doesnt bother me but Ican now understand how it effects others. I found out an interesting fact a few years back which I believe to be true... I had always assumed that as my Dad was bald I too would be bald but apparently the rule of thumb is the opposite to what you might think. If your Mums dad was bald then so will you be, the baldness gene is carried by the female to the next generation not the male !!! Thankfully my wifes dad had a full head on hair till the day he went and my son has exactly his hair in terms of forehead line and crowns etc.. thankfully The only cure, if you can call it that, that I know of is transplant. I know as well that your hair doesnt fall out ....all your hair folicules are still there in your head, the gene that makes you bald just makes those follicules forget to grow!!!

These are a lovely watch, Reds is certainly a lovely version Never sure if I should get one came close a few times... I always like going on the site I like listening to Maria Callas as I look at the watches !!
