  1. Try Chrono24 or Dr Chrono.... http://www.chrono24.com/en/breitling/partsaccessories--acc.htm http://www.chrono-shop.net/
  2. I take it you have fallen asleep at the bar from that angle....
  3. I was going to post this in the PAM section but then I thought I would like to see if any one would share there favourite from any model gen or rep... This is my favourite macro...and to be honest i aint sure why because when it comes to PAMs not only am I a base guy but also a sausage lume guy..so this maybe doesnt make sense...but given how much I enjoy PAMs period this isnt out of character.. So this is my favourite macro out of all that I have..... but whats yours??
  4. I aint aware of any correlation between movement and variations in CPs on L and LM PAMs mate.... of course the types of hands influence the finsihed looked... Here is a pic that a guy posted on the other RWG that might help... Some gen compos See how the light reflection tricks the eye to give an impression of flat raised etc etc.... basically its the gen finishing method and fact that they are not completely flush that gives that impression...
  5. It has same rehaut and details as the 21J version but the DW seems like a quartz.. but the pic aint great to be sure..
  6. I did some wiring for my mum.... I tried to get her to use it but she wouldnt..... so I ended up hiring a hit man instead.... that didnt work either...AND I still got sent up to my room with no dinner !!
  7. It will be hit and miss mate... he caused some issues for me.... after long wait and then seeing the damage I tried contacting him and he just ignored and ignored so i gave up and moved on...certainly wouldnt recommend him personally... For more FB go to RWI were his section got removed....
  8. Domi does AR mate..... You can contact him by PM (Domiut) or go to his section on RG and RWI So does LeWiz and Uwe (though he is persona non grata on the forums but has his own website) LeWiz has section on RWI Personally I find Domi's is the strongest and most gratifying AR.... However if you are trying to match a gen hue..you wont find one..that I know of

    For PeteM

Thats rich ...coming from the Micheal Jackson wannabe..... SHAMONE !! ....
  10. The beauty of a plexi is you can polish out scratches much more easily than a sapphire crystal and put it back to almost OTB.... There are plexi glass polishing kits you can buy and if you want a tutorial check out the vintage sections on RG or at Gordons (Nightwatch) website.... or better still the homage forum. Replacing might be possible but not with like for like in terms of dimensions ie sitting heights, shape etc and would possibly need liquid gasket etc assuming the rep is not a compression fit... There are many plexi crystals available that could well fit this model... but would need to know the dimensions... I aint sure why you would want to though given it would change the look of it... in terms of the glass in the bezel... thinking out loud however if the bezel on the rep wont allow it...what might be an alternative way is to see if a Fiddy bezel and crystal would fit or be made to fit to the case...but again it is changing that overall look...
  11. All of them mate..... But the easiest place to find it is here...This is the best version http://www.pureti.me/product/king-power-48mm-oceangraphic-4000-titanium-v2-a7750/ This is the V2 lite http://www.pureti.me/product/king-power-48mm-oceanographic-4000-titanium-v2-st25/
  12. Certainly eclectic mate... did you pick them up outside the outlet village Been a while since I have seen any AAAA++++++ reps Look forward to the next instalment...
  13. I think from your pics of the other parts you have tried that maybe polishing the wheels first might enhance the finished look.... Have you thought about using the boxwood dowel like they do with CDG etc.... When they do this they black polish the metal first... and then as they use the attachment to create the pattern they use a lot of polish as its being tooled... if you get what I mean mate.. I also thought about using the wire brush attachment ...those really small ones..then trimming down... similar to the way you create those swirls in a vintage car dashboard... Its great work mate...and very brave..I thought so much about trying it...like you I have seen these finsihed going for silly money..... I really like the damascus steel look that some have.. Fantastic and thanks for sharing ...you are a better man than me .... Do you want a spare asian 6498 to play with that I have ?
  14. From that current sample you can see a higher value to person ratio...so by increasing the sample I can see more regular collectors getting included in areas such as preferences considerations etc at the moment I think that higher value either relates to the more niche models of watch brands or possibly even vintage models..therefore that has a knock on effect to where items are bought...how and why they are bought...etc etc.. If that makes sense mate..
  15. Regardless it always depends which list you are on..... And remember its always checked twice !!
  16. I am hoping that it will increase in its sample size as like you say its interesting but is it a true relection especially when you look at value to sample size...there would appear to be a bias on the face of it...
  17. I told you not post pics of my crib !! I will have to move again now ...
  18. More that they are not allowed within 3m of zone 1 within a bathroom ... or edge of bath.. But maybe he has a palatial bathroom
  19. If I was after one..I would contact Ken at Bergies mate..if he cant get a good version of it... ..I doubt anyone can If not I might also try Sead...at Supermirrors Just PM with that link..
