  2. Fresh back from final assembly up north. This was an iOffer 2892/Soprod PR based 028 (Thanks for the tip FGD) that was the perfect base to work with. Mods done include: PVD Finish - Leached, Bead blasted, and re-PVD'd (DLC) (Thanks Rolli) Ziggy Vintage Lumed Dial and hands Genuine PVD crown from Turkey Ziggy fabricated Crown tube - crown now springs open as genuine Custom fabricated cyclops (Thanks Marco) ETA 2892 with Soprod PR module (Same as genuine) Lello Datewheel (almost - needs to be replaced as it had an issue) Metta Catharina Strap with A series PVD Thumbnail Buckle (Russian Reindeer hide from 1786) Another RWG Group Effort and he results are stunning - Probably one of the nicest PAM's in the collection Special thanks to Ziggy, Kruzer, FGD, Marco, Rolli, Lello
  3. Pretty much Robbie for my major brands (Panerai, Rolex and Omega). THe others go in the Winder or other Acetimer boxes....

Old School case and bracelet. Looking for a Black Gen Dial to swap in. Miyota (8215) based 007 with the Fantasy Black Dial/Bezel from Adam. Old School case and bracelet and correct 007 caseback. I have a Gen 007 Blue dial and rep insert to swap into this someday. Seamaster GMT Black Dial from WBK. Asian movement but most accurate version to date. One of my favorites! Franken SMP Professional "Bond" from aBay. ETA 2824 based, Gen Dial, Hands, Crown/Tube, He Valve. Old School case and bracelet (pins) Railmaster XXL from TTK.

  13. In general I would agree as discretionary spending decreases overall.... But from an timepiece perspective, I see that this economic downturn has caused prices for genuine watches in the resale market to drop. Looking at RWG and the number of highly modded reps being offered for sale to fund genuine purchase, one could argue that this phenomena has caused an increase in the availability of higher quality reps. It remains to be seen, what effect the economic woes have on the Rep factories and their ability to crank out new offerings after the New Year which has just passed...I suspect we might see prices start to creep back down again...
