I have not had the SFSO AR'd as I bought the ETA with AR but I have had a number of other crystals AR'd through Chief and I highly recommend the coating.
I did, however, have my SFSO re-lumed by Ziggy and it came out fantastic. Please deal directly with Ziggy on details such as pricing.
Do them both and you will not be sorry - or look for a member trade on the ETA version already AR'd.
I agree about the Railmaster XXL. I love mine and often try my PAM straps on it. I currently am liking the Europelli Black Baseball with the Luminova color stitching on it. It is sporty compared to the bony croc but sets off nicely with the dial. I am thinking of an eventual gator for it as it seems to dress it up.
I have both Victoria and I would have to give the versatility and quality edge to the LaSpezia. The buckle is massive and I love it with my 188.

What size and strap color depends on a few factors including the wrist size (as Rima pointed out) and the skin tone and attitude. It's all in how you carry yourself.
