I posted a topic back in May when i had some problems fitting my rubberstrap on my planet ocean.... Turns out i got the wrong size strap and my dealer wasn´t able to source a strap that would fit my lugwidth Old post here ....and from out of the blue Fakemaster kindly offers to send me a new strap for no cost whatsoever I was completely awstruck by this random act of kindness, and still am. Fakemaster explained that the strap was somewhat hard to source but that he would send me one as soon as he got one. Well on friday (wich also was my birthday) a padded envelope was lying in my mailbox and inside was a rubberstrap for my PO I just want to say Thank you Fakemaster ....and i also want to add that he has inspired me to give back to this community and the members here in any way i can. That was the original problem with mine as well, but my dealer sent me a new one because apparently the ball pin needs a special tool to be locked in place. As mentioned in this thread you might want to go for a new bracelet clasp..... at least the cost is somewhere inbetween the pin and a gen bracelet
