  1. For those interested, this was the seller: http://www.cqout.com/item.asp?id=7227283
  2. Thanks Wolf! The date wheel has never bothered me, but that may change when my old school ETA 2893 based 029 comes back from Domi, I have a finepics wheel for that, and a DSN one piece crystal I have a Lello wheel spare too, but I am not sure the dates are always well placed, some seem too near the discs inner edge....
  3. Just picked up a new crown guard from a CQOUT seller for my 027a I noticed in one of his the sale pictures that his PAM had a nice looking crown guard, So I ordered the watch and three extra crown guards, came to just over $100 all in, delivery was quick to, even though it was CNY..... Enough talk, here are some pictures, click to expand! The crown guard needed some sanding to move it closer to the case and to help press the lever against the crown, the fit will be better when I receive one of OP's new crowns. You may also notice the gen OEM croc strap which rounds of the watch nicely, thanks al12! The new CG is thicker than DSN's, and the pin is a little higher just like the gen, I really think it makes a difference to the watch, what do you guys think?
  4. I think the fact it is zoomed in and enlarged so much does not help the appearance. In real life size on your wrist should look much better
  5. Just need a finer bead and/or lower pressure for a finer finish, no?
  6. WOW, great looking watches, nobody would call you out wearing one of these!
  7. I think maybe a matte or satin finish lume would be better than glossy for this watch, no?
  8. Great, thanks Domi! They should arrive soon, you will recognise the same parcel
  9. Very nice Domi! I probably need you to superlume the hands on the Breitling I just sent you, to match the dial!
  10. The Seawolf is one of the best reps I have seen, very high quality in terms of watch construction, let alone replication.... I have had a few Seawolf's pass through my hands, from Precious Time and member sales
  11. I am still getting a few of PM's about this watch, it seems it is discontinued maybe? That would be a shame, as I always wanted to re-buy it at some stage...... Anybody had any luck sourcing a full gold ceramic case HBB of late, and from which dealer? Cheers!
  12. Your first link is a BS Super Avenger, 48mm The next two links are for the BS Skyland Avenger, 44mm. The best BS Skyland Avenger is widely regarded as this one http://www.perfect-hour.com/blsa10018-skyland-avenger-chrono-black-steel-limited-p-5159.html the V2. Plaifender's watch looks to be a V2 BS Skyland Avenger..... However the cheaper version is also a great deal, after the factory updated the PVD finish to a more genuine colour and appearance (it was incorrectly black PVD before the update) The V2 Heritage chronograph is the best version, they corrected the dial colours (brown most noticeably) and improved other small details (like lume neatness) Cheers!
  13. The V2 is the latest Breitling Heritage chronograph, and the best! It has been out for a few months though I think. They corrected the brown coloured dial, and improved the lume etc....
  14. Deniz21 you can still buy the Seawolf, but the old version with nickel plated movement and correct Breitling style date font are really hard to find now. It seems the latest version from the dealers has a gold plated movement and stock ETA date font, which is obviously not as desirable..... You can pick up the old version from member sales of course, or if you are lucky, maybe a dealer will find one for you upon request? Cheers!
  15. Ammandel, just get a rep steel deployant buckle and a gen 22mm leather deployant strap off ebay.de I have a blue Breitling Evo rep on a gen blue calf deployant strap and rep buckle, works a treat! Just like the picture of my old Skyland a few posts above, gen Breitling croc strap, with rep buckle
  16. Or he could buy one of the new replica 22mm Ocean Racer straps! http://www.puretimewatch.com/index.php?productID=1849 Very comfortable compared to the other style divers strap, due to the deployant buckle design
  17. The Seawolf case looks and feels very similar to the Skyland to me, wears about the same too. The SFSO is really quite different, thinner and sleeker
  18. I am pretty sure the Seawolf is a lighter grey, and maybe more accurate too because of that? Check out these grey Skyland shots, they could easily be mistaken for black a dial version.... I miss that watch now
  19. Thanks coolfire! The Yellow Submarine was good for a time, but compared to this dial the lume on the 9 marker was quite rough, I am in "happy bunny" mode now. I have the better lumed newer rep Seawold dial, paired with the older movement/date font Anyone else notice that the new Seawolf reps may have the wrong date font, but the lume application seems much better, maybe it's just me?
  20. Here is my old grey dial Skyland (now sold) Looks pretty similar to me, but maybe the Skyland is darker?!
  21. No worries spooky, I used to really love it too! But over time it lost appeal to me, and I found myself never wearing it. I think this grey dial is more wearable, and goes with the calf strap really well!
