  1. Thanks, I lucked out really, because the pictures on ebay looked a bit different, it was a pleasant surprise to see it was such a soft finish calf strap
  2. Just had a delivery arrive from Joshua today, opened her up straight away and what do I find? A sweet looking PAM 292K! Thanks Joshua, always quality customer service and QC Always wanted one of these, but previous PVD or gloss ceramic watches have fallen well short of the mark quality and accuracy wise, this ceramic beauty is the exact opposite of all the previous efforts, amazing watch considering the low price I have it mounted on a matte black bob calf strap, which blends really well with the soft looking ceramic case. The rep strap was nice, but I prefer the white stitch and finish of the bob strap Check out some pictures, click to expand! I am really chuffed with this watch, $220 gets you a lot for you money nowadays, the colourless AR is excellent, and the superlumed dial glows like a torch! If you were on the fence about this watch, get off it! You will not be disappointed, I actually prefer this the the 005 and 177 H factory watches, the lower profile and black finish give it a much more striking appearance! I have no doubt this watch will stay on my wrist for a long while, and don't forget, should you bump yours, just use a pencil eraser, or abrasive rubber block, it should brush off all but the biggest dents Cheers!
  3. You cannot re-finish bead blasted titanium that I am aware of, the eraser trick works on matte finish ceramic cases though, really helped my old IWC Tog Gun in the past
  4. I look forward to seeing some pics! The fact the dealers don't list this as a 1:1 "best" or "ultimate edition, leaves me with hope there will soon be a better, more accurate effort
  5. Nice! I need an AP watch in my collection again!
  6. That picture reminds me of a very expensive box of Ferrero Rocher! "Why ambassador, you're spoiling us!"
  7. Yeah, the bezel numerals are much bolder on the gen, the hour hand on the rep has too much lume, seems to be the wrong shape too, and the crown guards are way too fat and chunky..... I like the white dial version, but will wait for the next version, anyone know what factory this is from? I hope it is a lesser factory simply stealing a march on one of the better ones! (noob)
  8. Wow, talk about going off on the deep end, way to overreact! You just thread crapped your own thread
  9. Your welcome, the only thing that stops me picking one of these up is the lack of date functionality.....
  10. Swiss 2824, that is what the Sellita SW200 is, a reproduction of the ETA2824 Tony's pricing includes registered shipping, plus he takes PayPal, WU or direct international bank transfers end up with a lot of fees Most dealer can get this watch, just ask for the version you want, probably cheaper without the box set too, never seen the point of rep box sets
  11. Was it Tony or Mary? They do this watch in that price range, and the ultimate mid size for a little less
  12. Hope you still wear it, it was a favourite of mine! (Strictly speaking it's yours, otherwise, give it back! )
  13. You should check the wrist shot threads more often Sweet watch, but I sold it, would love to own it again, fantastic quality, even the brown rep strap was nice
  14. Ah yeah, I remember seeing the 6 subdial follow the motion of the hour hand before, much better to freeze it
  15. Pics of the gen would help, what's it look like?
  16. Usually because the watch isn't using the tri compax A7750, but the venus clone movement, or DW's "mystery movement". Those two movements are not tri compax, but bi compax, and that means the 6 subdial doesn't function, it's just for show
  17. How about a little video of the movement in action please
  18. Love these ceramic Hublots, but so want a center auto Tourbillon! Great choice, wear her well!
  19. All the others are perfect though, the next one may not be as nice It is a rarity to see one with perfect lume, unless it has been relumed. I would ask to see the bezel centered at 12
  20. The lume is not perfect, but it's better than most I have seen, sweet watch!
  21. Cheers neverworn! Yeah, DSN's Sub's look really nice in stock standard form, let alone with these upgrades, but I see no posts on them!? For $280 they seem to be great value too
