  1. Yep, the titanium/steel case was the reason I went the 106D, that and the anthracite dial. For pictures of the gen have a peak here: http://www.watches24seven.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ShowItem&g2_itemId=6805
  2. Yeah, bit confused about the movements used, but I am getting a strong urge to pick up the Mille Miglia GT XL Chrono Alfa Romeo edition Check it out: I have no clue of that dealer, but his pics are very nice
  3. Ah Chopards, love them too, got this white dial version from Mary, gone now... And the Speed Black was nice too! Also long sold. Can't seem to find any pics of the silver version, that was my favourite! I had the black dial one too, I thinks that is all of them!
  4. I do like low profile watches, ( he says wearing a PAM Sub! ) it wears so flush to the wrist it seems!
  5. Ah yeah, a pretty penny that one, but then it does have a gen Swiss Sellita decorated movement! Top quality from Mary
  6. Haha, thanks! How much was the Nautilus? More pics I took are here: A teaser:
  7. Just put this beauty together, DSN/ultimate mix Love that Nautilus Gran!
  8. Thanks bwhitesox, I have just ordered another dial, it deserves to be spotless! I only marked the dial because the DSN second hand didn't fit, now I know that I won't make that mistake twice
  9. Thanks stormtooper4, I am tempted to pick up another dial, as the hairlines on the subdial bug me! I am way too fussy, you can only see them in bright daylight, but I know they are there
  10. They work for me, they are hosted on imageshack, maybe you are blocked?
  11. Haha, thanks, I think you like PAM subs, no?!
  12. I had a beat up PAM199G, ultimate version, however it had a sweet date font and really nice crystal. Already owning a nice 199G, I knew something had to be done, so I ordered from DSN (thanks DSN!) a 106D dial/hands/case set, to see what I could build. I do love titanium watches! After a couple of hours work, here are the results! Pics, keep clicking to expand: I am really happy with the results, my build skills are improving, although there are some hairlines on the dial, around the second hand mainly I really think DSN did a great job with the grey anthracite dial, it looks black, blue and grey all with a turn of the wrist or a change in lighting. I think the case set could be better, fat lugs and the crown position is way too low, but the crown itself is surprisingly nice. The case is titanium, with steel bezel and crown guard/crown, but the lever is ti. I have it mounted on a soft finish croc strap, double stitched The lume is weak, but then I am not a big lume fanatic, plus I think for a T dial it looks about right..... Please let me know your thoughts, comments and observations welcome!
  13. Or you could ask them to regulate the watch before they post it?
  14. Been wearing this today, and for the last few days!
  15. Sorry, missed your reply! The AR is not stock, it has double AR coating from fineDD Decided to leave the lume as is, but Sead's A-F crown guard is on the way
  16. Great write up and pics, thanks for taking the time, looks like a really sweet watch! Now if you ever want to let that black dial version go, please give me a shout!
  17. These are lovely watches, does yours have any AR? I think it says they do on the website, but for my eyes it doesn't look coated
  18. Or even a deployant, hate the Breitling tang buckles, they wear so badly on smaller wrists!
  19. Great pics, thanks for sharing, mine should be here soon too! How's the AR and sapphire quality? Out of interest, with my old ceramic case IWC Top Gun, I could remove light scratches with an pencil eraser or abrasive rubber re-finishing block
  20. Hey sead1999, can you check your PM's for my delivery information please!

  21. KenD, please do not quote Vac's post including all the pictures! Not good!
  22. Really sweet watch, thanks for sharing, but surely deserves more than one picture!?
  23. I went the Swiss route a few times with some projects in the past, but soon realised that you may as well just service the A7750, much better value and will run for years and years if done properly
