  1. Fantastic work. Too bad I don't have a metal-works lathe laying around the house....
  2. The booklet I had to call Rolex in NY for-- 212-758-7700 or 800-367-6539 The tags came from here: http://www.qualitytyme.net/pages/acc...cessories.html And I bought the box from this guy: http://forums.watchnet.com/index.php...o=334468&rid=0 Dream-watch is the name of the seller in the Trading post at watchnet (link above). He'll ship anywhere in the world. If Rolex NY won't ship to Auz, call their 800 # and get the number for their Aussie office.
  3. They still seem to load pretty quick for me in Firefox & Safari. Here's a link to much smaller files: http://img225.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc461&image=40342_IMG_2339_123_461lo.jpg http://img42.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc147&image=40323_IMG_2346_123_147lo.jpg http://img248.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc198&image=40331_IMG_2351_123_198lo.jpg http://img211.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc597&image=40325_IMG_2374_123_597lo.jpg http://img198.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc733&image=40349_IMG_2383_123_733lo.jpg http://img202.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc422&image=40329_IMG_2444_123_422lo.jpg http://img161.imagevenue.com/img.php?loc=loc913&image=40337_IMG_2448_123_913lo.jpg http://img182.imagevenue.com/img.php?image=41835_IMG_1760_123_14lo.jpg
  4. ALSSCAN--When I worked with Jana, she did some ALS stuff too, if they still have her up as a model there.
  5. Ok, I had figured as much. Thanks.
  6. There's more here (the shoot from my avy & sig): I'm really surprised it's getting so few views, and even lest replies; unless that particular sub-forum doesn't appear when you search the "new posts" button.
  7. Only one other member replying... this board needs some viagra!
  8. They're beautiful out in the daylight. The Robins-egg blue is very rich.
  9. Thanks. Me too. It's not often you get freckles on a really tan girl--and so few.
  10. Experimented with some new photo-strobe studio lights I got last week & thought I'd share a few (this was yesterdays' shoot @ her place, where I got my new avatar & signature from). Before viewing, for posterity's sake, allow me to say I truly don't like body-hair, and believe that all humans should be waxed from the eyebrows down. However, she had been growing out hers at the request of the class she's modeling for, and for a shoot I thought it looked good to play around with--the texture of the denim coupled with the harsh lighting and desaturated colors really gives it a grainy, but pleasant effect. Clicking on the thumbnail will open the image in a new window, clicking on that image will make it full-screen--clicking on that image again should make the picture full-size. The original pics & resolution are quite large, and because of the amount of detail in some of the shots (as a warning) some may not appear as clear in a smaller size. All were shot in RAW format, on my 12.1 MPX Canon G9, between 200 & 400 ISO, and most between 1/15-1/60th of a second, at 2.8-4.0 f. Anyway, enjoy.
  11. Awesome. I'm not one for the vintages, but that's damn nice.
  12. LMAO!! That was good. Can you redo that with Thatcher?
  13. The rep nibs on the fountain varieties are absolute shlt. Stick with roller-balls & buy gen refills.
  14. Love the SMP chrono--wish my new one would come in already....
  15. Overall, this piece is the one I've been the most satisfied with, out of any rep I've ever purchased. The SEL/lug fit, the dial, the bezel, the band, and the sharpness & crispness of the corners--they really paid attention to detail in its construction. Congrats on your new piece.
  16. WM9 V2 for over-all accuracy, SSD V2 for a better looking watch.
