That's true, my v3 has the same problem.

I used one of DSN's last versions (v3) for my current 201a. Had to drop the corners and reshape. The lugs on the v3 had humps on them that had to be filed down and re polished. These lugs are a lot better to start. Rehaut, bezel, and the crown guard look the same ( they are nice and fat. ) in the end I'm happy with mine, not on a level with one of wolf's masterpieces but real nice after a little work.

Guys, I also paid quite a long time ago and have received a pm last week that he was almost ready to ship. I have Pm'd back a couple of times with no response. Hope to receive something soon...

I've done a few times with a mini butane torch. I hold the cyclops in the hottest part of the flame and it flashes red hot quite quickly. Most times you get a little puff of smoke as the glue underneath vaporizes. I then immediately remove with a razor blade. I use a lacquer thinner to remove what is left of the glue on the crystal. Absolutely stunning! Wolf you must have some crazy network of contacts to source all those gen parts. Seeing work like yours just drags me deeper and deeper into this hobby.

Here's my EL217 wearing a strap I sourced from Tatts this summer. It is super high quality and has all the appropriate OP markings. If it is a rep, it's a darned good one! I do like the color combo for sure.
