Not quite sure if these mods are done with a complete new case in carbon-mix or was the finish modded....the ss surface was re-done better to fake the carbon??? Can we have some more information please? Theo

This version will be a so called ULTIMATE..... crown shorter case higher bezel higher crystal correct caseback adjusted The "mismatched" lume seems to be like gen....but can also be the lightning. I am on the fence for this one and will decide end of Jan. Theo

..... and by the way....you need more pressure than heat to make a forged carbon case. I believe the factory is working on a solution as well......we will see. And in the meantime I LOVE MY AP ROO GP!!!! Theo

Sorry mate....you won´t find a replica watch of the model you are looking for. But you will find lots of information here on the board, welcome and enjoy your stay....read, read and read. Look around and you´ll see many ROO´s you could go for Theo

No problem as I have my MH with me today.....here´s a quick pic of both watches together on my 6.75" wrist. The GP has exactly the size I wish a ROO should have....44mm is THE size for the watch....so I am excited to see the new chrono line being released with 44mm (anytime this year). Enjoy my pic... The subdial color at 6 o´clock is off....needs to be a lighter gray, rep color is too dark here. The blue on the main dial is fine, only thing missing is the metallic effect the gen has. All in all a super rep....I love it and wear the PLATINUM version every day for 3 weeks now. Dr. Theo

I kind of like the redgold cased MH....but the weather is not nice enough in EU for gold....beside Italy/Spain maybe Need to do a small family group shot as well..... Theo

Ohoh....I hear a story I do remember very good (beside the Rolex part). I for one was (and still am when it comes to gen) on the Panerai road since 2000 for the real deal, discovered reps of my beloved brand in 2003 and build up a nice OP rep-collection beside my gens. But AP ROO´s have always been in my mind since the 1990ies when I started collecting watches...the ROO was my goal and dream watch. With these reps I can fullfill my lust for the Genta-design, a unique styled watch but without paying a fortune to own one. Now I have 17 ROO´s and RO´s I change wearing daily....and I am not yet ready with AP So welcome to the club...enjoy Theo

These new plated reps are done with a PVD coating...lasts way longer than the gold-plating....and if you need to strip the excisting coating, you can allways have it re-coated...talking about around 100GBP. Theo

OK....thats the smaller RO....my wife wears it in grey dial for almost 2 years daily....a beater for sure and runs accurate and smooth for the time beeing. Enjoy yours....as i am waiting for my Jumbo to arrive. Theo
