Just received and the only thing I can say is that after the MBW 16610 this is the best rep I've had in my wrist. Solid, heavy, beauty... I have no terms to describe the feeling when you wear it. unscrewing the crown tells you how well the watch has been finished internally. See some pics for your enjoyment: Watch was in front of a standard light bulb for 15 seconds to make this lume pic:

Welcome back Narika... and sorry to hear that PP is again touching us somehow... will you stop accepting PP?

I broke two. Some of them I've been not able to remove. Try this: once you have been able to push a bit the pin, then take a jewelry hammer and another pin and knock until you can make the pin inside the bracelet be as out of the hole as possible. Then take a plier and remove (strongly) the pin, taking care of not moving the pin to any side because if not it broke easily. Make the "mouth" of the plier touch all the outside part of the pin. This way it works and pin is not broken.

Bad solution... send it back. Best thing to do. Those screws are too delicate.

Stage 1: Production Of Submariner Cases: Would Anyone Be Intrested?

1/200 = 0.005 ... where do you obtain a result of 0.0055? 0.055*200 = 1.1. Maybe he did a mistake when calculating, The Zigmeister? -
Great! And please go even further on recognizing and labeling dealers that adopt these standards... this could be like and ISO and quality recognizion... define terms, names, descriptions. Just go to some of the genuine descriptions on the brand sites and follow and improve the way they describe characteristics by adding specific terms regarding replica world definitions (Asian ETA, Swiss, Asian 7750 old, new...). Allow forum members to rate dealers transactions like we do on eBay. And help dealers by protecting them from "unexperienced" buyers also. All the above paragraph is just a result from a brainstorming session I did with my self But the message is that as you mods have taken a position on this topic (thanks) don't let it die. Thanks for the initiative.

Breitling Superocean Price And Lack Or Movement Pic
vmena replied to ajoesmith's topic in The Breitling Area
Not only Ruby can get this watch at a lower price. All dealers could lower the price a 20% keeping a huge profit, but it's easie to make a deal and make all dealers who want this watch to charge a fixed amount or stay out of the game. -
Don't worry... in my case Fedex said they could not deliver because I was not at home and I stayed all day...

Depending on the model, you have to use a different refill bottle. These bottles are sold at any AD or smoke shop. There are three colors: red, yellow and... blue or orange, don't remember. In a gen lighter, this color is easy to identify because there's a dot at the bottom part of the lighter (where the refill hole is) but in reps the color is always the same no matter the model. Post some pics and I could tell you the type of refill to use. The Flintstones areFlintstones replaced by moving back wards the bar in the top off the lighter next to the Flintstones. Once pushed back you will see the hole where the stone is placed. Hope this helps.

Then... I understand that when you say ETA you talk about Swiss ETA, Asian means an Asian movement (not a asian copy of a Swiss ETA). Isn't it so? What do do call Asian ETA? or you will not have such a type of movements? Thanks for clarifying Neil.

This band comes from a local supplier and it's being tested by a member from Belgium (I don't currently have a PO). In one week I'll let you know if this works properly.

Nevertheless, tracking info in asian sites are not always updated inmediatly, so please aloow one or two days before checking...

Leather sport band is near as expensive as SS genuine bracelet. Like in Rolex, surely rep and gen SS bracelets are quite similar in quality and feeling.

Is this watch exclusive for PT or will it be released by other dealers also?
-
Sash... when you take pics from another dealer or poster, you have to clearly state the source... at least is what I've seen everybody does... and makes sense. I'm sure you wouldn't like another dealer selling using your pics s a "sample"

Check here... not cheap: TH SS bracelet

bignasty... is this the same for old and new Asian 7750's?
-
Thanks chief... I wouldn't have been so illustrative

flavor... I would never tried to do it my self ( I would use your system). If a watchmaker does it surely is because he's enough experienced.

I'm not an expert but I can imagine that there's no better way to fix the dial than using the dial feet when they match the movement holes made for that. When you use glue is because you no other way. He told me that welding dials is something that not many people is able to do, even professional watchmakers and at the "school" there are specific classes for this topic. Seems to be he always was an advantaged student PS: I first asked him to glue the dial and he answered me that "if I wanted the watch glued I'd better do it by my self

I've bought a genuine dial for a 15000 rolex date and my watchmaker didn't want to glue the dial to the movement and decided to cut the original feet and to weld a new ones in the ETA 2824 position. See pics for better explanation... he's really an expert! Genuine dial New feet position after welding
