  1. You can't do it yourself. Send it or give it to a watchmaker. It involves having the right tools and knowhow to remove the old tube, replace it with gen, and swap the stem from the old crown to the new one. You would mess it up just like a lot off us would it would save you a headache and money lost in damaged parts to just send it in.

  2. Stands for Maria's best watches, refers to a shop in Thailand that had some pretty nice reps that would accept gen parts. I'm pretty sure you cant get these anymore. Some say narika can source them but the good ones were all sold years ago. They come up in the sales area sometimes.
