I can say that dw has the case set and other components that you would need to make a v72 based daytona. You have to specifically tell him it's for a v72 movement. Then I would recommend sending it all to spinmaster in Singapore to be properly assembled. Dw can be found in the dealers section and if you pm me ill give you spinmaster's email. It won't be cheap.. I'd say 1000$ all in. You need a dial, hands and case set from dw. http://www.dhwvintagewatchparts.com/case-sets---v72.html

I'm not asking anybody anything, sounds like you have some work to do
-
I recommended that they do send the money back so relax, you are the scammer, why would us honest folk keep money that doesn't belong to us??
-
Are you serious?! Guys don't be fooled by this parasite, he's attempting to convince us that's all is ok because he wants to recieve the watches. Anyone who dealt with him should not send him anything and cancel their transactions and dealings with him, if the watch has been sent, call the post office and stop delivery
-
To watchfreund, this is what you do, first you contact the post office today and tell them that you were scammed and want the parcel returned. Tell them to put a stop to the delivery immidiately. Then you contact your bank and tell them to return the money that was wired to you. Explain to them that he is a known scammer and want nothing to do with his money. I assume it was just a check deposited in your account not a wire, but if it was a wire it's dirty and would have eventually been returned regardless.

Yes and it's anti-reflective a coating put on the crystal to help with reflections

Good luck! By the way I meant he used the watch in pic# 1 to mod not #2

I don't think it would be wise to buy a 90$ copy of a 40k watch. I don't need to see it to know it will be pretty bad.. Save up a bit and spring for the akira one, you won't be disappointed and it'll look the part. My 2 cents

http://www.rwgforum.net/topic/154063-more-rolex-6538s/ First pic is stock cartel rep, second is gen, and third is Akira's finished product using the watch in pic 2. See how much more accurate it is after he's done.
-
I would pm akira, he does a really great job of taking the cartel James Bond subs and making them look way better. He can prob put the gen crown on as well. Otherwise the stock 6536/8's aren't too bad but far from gen looking imo

He's lucky to have a dad like you, great job! -
I think that happens when water or moisture gets between the dial and the paint or whatever the dial is coated with.

I just realized that you might have just been asking about the listing and not the one who bought it and proceeded to ask about it on trf pardon me if that's the case.
-
You were just told its a rep yesterday and today you went onto trf told them you bought it and asked how you can get a 7750 in the case!? Why would you do that? It's stuff that's ok to talk about here but not there. It's a rep case so you can put an a7750 in it with a rep dial and rep hands, that's it, a gen dial will not fit onto a 7750 mvmt and a gen movement will not fit the case.

You forgot to put the picture! Ill put it for you, I think it's a modern gold panda daytona on leather.

Trusty has the older ones with closed case back for 278$, haven't seen one in person but they look decent, superlumed. http://www.ttw168.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=241_245&products_id=10035
