  1. Looks like its indeed the case, datewheel spring on the oposit side of the 7753, very clever!
  2. The A7753 datehweel seems to have more width, dont know how to call, but the font can be printed more outwards to accomodate a 7753 genuine dial.
  3. http://www.1-pc8838.com/gl10036-senator-sixties-rgle-white-asian-p-6027.html , all you need. [edit] One can hardly see the watch through the ironic watermarks however, do a search on senator on this board, and be amazed. [/edit]
  4. Seems Border Protection and Custom's use the same tape. Cost effective appearantly. A good thing If Customs opened the package, they would either confiscate it, or when taken as genuine goods they'd tax it as they seem fit. On a side note, you might want to edit Reg out of the title, seems he has no relation whatsoever with the examination of the package.
  5. Once again, a cheap quartz.
  6. Exactly, that is why 1) no parts are availleble and 2) faulty watches are being shipped out. Factory is not going to give discount to dealer for stock abc, no way to tell difference for dealer and consumer pays everything after all anyhow.
  7. Factory large or small, only 2 types of stock: Parts Watches Every watch equals same amount of usd for factory. If watch has all its parts it is a sellable item, regardless of the possibility one or more parts is faulty or wrongly assembled. With factory i talk about the factory which assemble the parts, not the manufacturer of the parts.
  8. The other tell is the gaps between the lever and CG. Must admid, side by side its hard to tell the difference regarding the datewheel position.
  9. Exactly. These rubber straps are not designed to go around your neck. Just wear it on the wrist and you will be just fine.
  10. I think everybody feels with ya, and dont mean no harm. Except, you do need to do your own homework. The info already is here, you just need to read it. That is why i said, take the time to get the facts and call usps, there really isnt much the admin's or mods can do on just opinions / and or storys. To be clear i am not saying you're making this stuf up. Me too wants for you to get it resolved, but your attitude isn't much of a help. Get the facts straight, and present te facts to the admin team.
  11. Jeez, i think nobody really knows
  12. Do you want the facts straight or do you want to be right? Just being right doesn't help the process. Call usps to make sure where exactly the process stalls. Everything you make up in your mind, well... is only in your mind.
  13. https://carrierpickup.usps.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/CarrierPickup.woa and http://pages.ebay.com/usps/shippingitems/carrierpickup.html Seems usps has trouble picking up the package. Might want to call usps to check wether it's due to their end of the bussiniss, or they just can't get in contact with the shipper.
  14. Yes subdial position The is also a G10.211 ETA version, and also a japanese made (citizen?) movement with the same layout, often used in tag reps.
  15. In any case, it is a quartz watch .

  17. Well it bothers me... Sure, we need to see the watch in person, Pics may not represent the actual watch sent. But these are the claims:
  18. I don't get it, the DW cut out has a different location. [edit] Ok the dime dropped still sipping my coffee . Left the new so called 7753, gen on the right, yes. That is not good. [/edit]
  19. Its a phoney world, and yes i wear fake watches. Dont you love the shade of grey
  20. If it where real, it probably has lug-holes. The SELS looks fantastic though
  21. Nope.
  22. 928 all the way V8, i prefer the older models with the in-layed tail lights. Timeless! Good luck!
  23. Mary also takes care of customs, without extra fee.
  24. Probably not for shooting his porn flicks Capture video for legal, safety, or insurance purposes.
  25. Don't think you want an amature working on your watch buddy.
