2846 and 2836 are very similar, i think you can transfer the 24 hr modifiations from 36 to 46 with little to no problem. It would be nice if josh would offer 46 though, it is cheaper vs 36 anywhow.

Correct. Scottys HBB probably suffer from low quality hands. Chrono slipping is common on all chronograph movements, genuine or clone movmement. 99% of the time its the chrono seconds hand itself that slips. Either due to not being fitted properly or its worn out and needs to be crimped.

if the watch still runs, it probably only the rotor has an issue. First try determine what is exactly the problem, go from there. first option would be service, second replace the movement.
