I saw the video of the opening of the envelopes. Contained in both of them combined, were a set of a Pam straps, and a clasp.

pure marketing hype.. and a description used by factories to tell you that they copied the rep from a genuine sample. But this is often very misleading and meaningless, because EVEN IF they did so, often the genuine and replica movements are different, and this will require for other details such as the dial, case, hands etc to be modified accordingly, thereby rendering the marketing statement untrue. Never believe the 1:1 hype. Believe what you see, and read the reviews on the boards please. No genuine parts will be used in replicas, and no design will be 1:1, despite their blatant claims.

The miyota 8205 caliber works as well as the A2824, but it could suffer from a noisy rotor and also could also have a second hand which does not sweep smoothly or stutters. These issues do not affect the timekeeping or power reserve of the movement. The problems can be rectified through a service, and a serviced miyota movement has been proven to be reliable. Bottomline: Yes it is a good movement and cheap to maintain, but if you intend to keep the watch, get it serviced.

Update: Seller has today received 2 flat and empty packages with no watches in them, Confirming that he has no intention whatsoever to return the watches at all but wants to keep the watches and get them for free. How stupid can one get? Lol Pics of proof I have advised seller to take a video of the opening of the packages and sending it to Paypal. The refund is conditional on seller receiving his watches back in the same condition as they were received by the buyer. I am astounded by the prodigious amount of stupidity the buyer has shown by doing what he did, even if his intention to scam had been established. Yes. Paypal made him send back the watches and he obviously had no intention to do so. That was why he started singing a brand new tune about the watches being replicas and lying about not knowing they were reps, and lied about asking for authenticity papers boxes and such and not receiving them. The XF v2 is actually a good rep out of the box. For the 2836 movement version, it only requires the following mods: 1. Low beat ETA conversion (and service) to 21600bph 2. Cyclop The Date wheel you see in the pic is stock. I feel that it looks close to the H series gen. And any variation is not really noticeable in real life. I own gen APs and I find the date font to be acceptable to me. The cyclop was replaced with a prof double AR one, which does the job. Those are the only two mods I found to be necessary.

You got the point. This pig made a mistake and didn’t expect it when Paypal made him return the watches before it would refund him. Therefore, he started to make the claim that the watches are replicas. You can see what a lowlife this guy is. In short, he has no intention WHATSOEVER to return the watches. Update on case The lowlife pig has raised a claim to Paypal and blatantly lied that he thought that he was purchasing genuine watches, and received replica ones instead. Also a whole crap load of lies about how he had asked for certificates of authenticity etc. From the onset, he obviously knew that he would be purchasing modded reps. I’ve cut and pasted screenshots of his latest message to Paypal. Blatant lies. He has just been banned on RWI. Also, just a side note, this time, anyone who PMs me in defense of Tariq the scammer will not be treated kindly like before. You know who you are and enough is enough. What he has done is evident for all to see. I’m in no mood to get PMs from guys trying to explain things from this scammer’s side.
