Sorry to hijack the thread Lani. Just answering Hike....Went to Greenhills but couldn't take any pics. These guys seem to be crawling out of the woodwork and don't take to strangers taking pics very nicely.

Did see tonnes of reps. Most of them average to decent quality. Nothing which caught my fancy. Very few autos....mostly all quartz. Good thing is I got to try them on....and fell in love with the FM King Conquistador. Hope the 1:1 rep comes out soon.

It's actually the name of the whole REP shopping mall! It mains "Store of Everything" and it's in the ground floor!

2nd and 3rd floors are Cell Phones, REP Movies, PCs.....etc.

BTW: How are you getting around and hows the current situation after the flood???

Yup! Ask the folks there where the "Tiangge" is and they'll show you! It's heaven for REP Lacoste/Polo shirts and shoes! Same with Ladies bags....LV/Gucci/Channel/Prada......almost all brands! They go by class (from A to C), A being the best. They could almost fool you! Don't forget to haggle...Filipinos are just like the Chinese....it's a game!

I was in Bangkok last Jan. and visited MBK and was totally disappointed! REPS there are mostly Canal St. types and are expensive! I also had a city tour by a hired Tuktuk/Taxi driver of several houses of REPs (all types of goods) but of same quality! For watches, our listed dealers here are still the best! I find Manila in the Philippines to have better quality designer clothes/shoes/bags IMO!

Anytime you feel down and out, just fire up that PC and come here, you'll forget about crap.......at least for much of the time! We have some crap here, too, but at least they're tolerable ! Just keep on oggling those Nardins and actually if you start taking pictures of them, you'll get your mind off crap! At least it works for me!
