My watch smith has a few NEW old stock available. True 2892 silver. Me think he would part for about 150 shipped. He was selling for 125, but he upped the price due to the overall price hike world wide on ETA movements. Plus he needs a cople for parts. No service needed, except maybe an oiling. Not used in need of parts. I am running one in my Air King for 2 years, still+3sex per day. Awsome movement. He takes PayPal. PM for details. I know this takes the fun out of it, but path of least resistance is sometimes welcomed.

Sounds about right. My DJ franken 16030 has a 27.3mm dial and it fits snugly. The only prob that I have is the dial is made for an ETA date wheel, so the gen cyclopse is off by 2mm to the right. I got a blank plexi and epoxied a mag in the correct place. Looksd awsome. Till I cracked it on a door frame. What kind of frankenstein are you building? Got pics?

It is what it is. A modded Tudor date with diamond markers on a refin dial. For the price I would hope that the diamonds are of a vs quality. The price is a little steep,you would have a tough time modding it for that price. In my opinion, if you like it and the diamonds check out as gen, wear it well.
