  1. So Black Friday was an interesting day and I purchased absaloutely nothing until MoaB told us all about the crazy deals at Deep Blue watches so I bought a $400 watch for $100, great deal you have to say. Well today it arrived in the UK and wow, what an incredible deal and value let alone a great looking watch! Many thansk MoaB and as they have Cyber week running with some great deals I feel some more buying coming on! Best regards AJ
  2. Many thanks Do you have any links please? Regards AJ
  3. Guys Can you share with me where you've managed to buy a great #74 PAM strap please? Best regards AJ
  4. Have a brilliant night out Dave and congrats to you both! AJ
  5. From your neck of the woods Alvin actually in an M2M deal :-) Best regards AJ
  6. This beauty arrived yesterday and I am delighted with her, very comfy although takes a tad getting used to being a destro Fiddy! Regards AJ
  7. Truly a great Forum/Community, great work here guys AJ
  8. AS far as I know this is OTB without mods although it is a nice Swiss ETA movement. Mike you're right on size (dare I say on both) however love the colouring of the Good Planet and the Blue Black which as you know cost me a small fortune with the new aftermarket dial, swiss movement serviced and installed by Micky! In truth the crystal on the PO is slightly bigger than the DSSD although they are really 44mm give or take :-) Regards AJ
  9. This arrived yesterday from an M2M deal with a great member. After refitting all the links to fit my 8 1/4 inch wrist she is a great watch to wear, seen here with my heavily modded DSSD. AJ
  10. Richard I bought the Blue version and also lumped out $50 for shipping :-) AJ
  11. This arrived safely today and I thought it might be worth shooting the Good Planet with the Blue/Black DSSD we have just finished building. The DSSD is a Noob version with incredible bezel, replaced aftermarket dial with correct 'Swiss Made' indices. Both have a Swiss ETA movement and both are really great watches. Regards AJ
  12. If you want some of the very best Rolex reps email BK he is in the States and takes the very best and makes them even better! That way you get the best quality and could be shipped overnight! AJ
  13. Frank Buy yourself some £M scotchbrite (ebay or simialr) get the fine grade and gently use in one direction unitl happy! You can then poilish or leave brushed. I have done many, many of these. Regards AJ
  14. Exactly. Micky is doing a few for me at the mement and is nothing short of excellent and a true craftsman. AJ
  15. I'd suggest you PM SSTEEL and ask him, he is one of the very best. AJ
  16. Agreed with Martijn above, Do Not send to China for servicing or pay the additional cost before shipping as many, many things can and do happen. I use Mickey all the time SSTEEL who is a UK based in Finland and he is brilliant! AJ
  17. I just sold a complete bracelet like this to Davey who is also in the UK. He only really needed some links so might let you buy the clasp, or if your wrists are not too big you might be able to work something out. Regards AJ
  18. Hublot Diver 4000 recently moded/serviced by Micky looking great :-) AJ
  19. Like Mike on a Bike, i have over 8 inch wrists and 'normal' strap are ok just either on the last hole or similar. However, the DSSD Rolex I have I actually removed one link and it still is fine. As such I think you will be fine unless of course you have an 8 3/4 wrist or bigger! Regards AJ PS I do have some spare links in any event :-)
