  5. I just been watching Lilyhammer (norwegian but with english subtitles, Steve Van Zandt is in it, great show!) and Your blizzard Ascii reminds me of it. We had a hurricane this morning and It started to snow here for the first time this winter. My shed and wheelie bins went flying! It is quiet now though.

  7. Thanks Freddy and Joey for clarifying things. As Pete mentioned i remember Bakelite as stinking ugly light switches and handguards, magazines in some firearms Perspex makes much more sense.

I have never knew Rolex made them with that Bakelite bezel color variation and without crown guards. Interesting is the long and slim GMT hand. Thanks!

  17. It has been long time since last update but i have some news for people still interested in this project. The watch its almost completed. Aramar is only waiting for the Grovana to complete snowflake hands manufacturing and the deadline for complete watch is January 2014. Few pics of the prototype (from Aramar Facebook page): Thanks!
