  1. :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: Enjoy them!
  2. doopey Since you're getting the custom caseback, I was wondering if it doesn't concern you that the center plate of the movement has the wrong font and finish as per the gen? This is something that really pisses me, 'cause everyone complains about the fonts on the dials (and I know that it's because it's the first tell of a rep) but not one complains about the decoration of the movement. Please enlight me or else! Cheers!
  3. What about King's offer? Has anyone ordered from him?
  4. In that case, since you don't use it much I'll be interested in taking it. PM me if you are interested! Cheers!
  5. Has anyone considered a 253 with swiss movement offered from one of the dealers? IMHO those pictures showed a pretty impressive rep, even the decoration on the movement is accurate and for me, it kind of gives me a more interesting watch. If I had to with a submersible I rather go for the North Pole. Cheers!
  6. You are right! I too think that if the price is to high, anyone could better go with the TT1 (specially the regulator version, my choice) though they are 1000m water resistance. But certainly, Breitling is a far better considered brand than Oris.
  7. Can someone tell me why is it that there is no rubber strap available??? I think it's the best strap for this watch.
  8. I've been fond of vintage, and found this. Thought someone might be interested.... More INFO here Cheers!
  9. I add myself to congrat you on an excellent review. Both informative and entretaining. Cheers! Keep it up!
  10. Amazing inspiration and info Pho. Thanks. I'm new around here, but have been collecting for quite a bit (though until now I started using forums) and you are right in a lot of things. Thanks for the insight! Cheers!
  11. The new pic is right above your last post. If anyone knows of a dealer with the best possible rep of this version, please let me know. Cheers!
  12. I know... it had to be a PAM 106, but somehow it's different. The dial color is ligther and more aluminum like. Also the dots are different...
  13. I came across this photo of a Panerai Submersible that I can't seem to identify and from my sources it is not listed. Could somene help me out of my ignorance and by the way, if someone knows which dealer can make an example of it? Specs: Ref. OP 6566. Made in a limited edition of 500 pieces in 2001. Three-body case, polished and brushed, screwed-down engraved case back, graduated uni-directional revolving bezel, winding crown with security lever, sapphire crystal with "cyclops" lens. Dial: Grey with luminous Arabic numerals and dot indexes, subsidiary seconds. Dial at 9, aperture for the date. Luminous steel "bâton" hands. Movement: Caliber OP III (base 7750 P1), rhodium-plated, "oeil-de-perdrix" and special "Panerai" decoration, 21 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance-spring, micrometer regulator. Dim. 44 x 44 mm. Thickness 16 mm. Approx. Overall length 190 mm. Cheers!
  14. I bet it is because it's New Year in China so they'll probably took some time off...
