Funny thing happened today.... I'm in the middle of my internship at a pharmaceutical company and today the CEO shows up and offered to take me to lunch along with the heads of Marketing and Merchandising. We got to talking and pretty soon I revealed my love for watches. They all started talking about their watch collections and that they also had a couple of reps. The CEO is more of a gen guy (Rolex, etc) but also had a couple of Cartier and Bvlgari reps and the head of Marketing had a rep Breitling Navi on. I didn't expect any of this at all....and just shows you how rep lovers are everywhere! Have a good one!

I was actually thinking of doing one of these topics again (people shift jobs and we get tons of new members daily so I think you'll get different replies every time one of these is made.) I'm a student. Just finished my first year of Accounting, Business Finance and Management in England. Next year I'll be doing Management only and hope to have my BA degree in July 2010.

Haha, first thing I set up in my room: laptop and a 22 inch samsung tv. Looks good! PS I highly recommend a mini fridge and a PS2 or 3. Whther you're 18 or 40, they are always well received

I have been fascinated by Jaeger LeCoultre watches for some time now and often talk to a uni friend of mine about it as well as walk into watch shops selling them to have a chat with the often very knowledgeable sales people (some are complete muppets though, haha). Anyway, I just checked this video on youtube, very interesting, considering he actually opens the watch up (usually it's a silent video of someone showing their watch from the outside, turning it around, etc, and that's it). It seems like no one is really interested, but I reported the item to ebay and I got this email back from the seller a few hours later:

Just had a quick peek at TZ before going downstairs. There's a nice one with a blue dial and rubber strap for $1.7k. Looks brand new.

I like the SS one....used to be into two tone/full gold models but not anymore.

To me that isn't a 'real giveaway'. The fact she copied the pics off of another seller selling the watch for close to 12k on the other hand......is.
