Unless you purchased this with the 7753 movement which is available, your watch will have the sunken datewheel problem. If you really want to fix this, return the watch and pay more/uprgade to the 7753 model. Other than this, it cannot be fixed.
Hey guys,
I have a 7753 daylight and the chrono seconds hand is slippery. It moves past the 12 mark when reset. Any idea where I can get a replacement? Any info would help.
Thanks.
Yes indeeed this rep is a beauty. No issues with many of the characteristics. The only problem and is always the case for A7750 driven chrono is the depth of the date window and datewheel Its called the sunken date wheel problem. The original uses a 7753 movement to make it right.
Take a closer look at Sly's wrist....the 60mm is dangling like a bracelet....and a very big one at that. It would probably fit on my ankles...i can cross my leg up to see the time
Wonder what would go through member's thoughts when a raffle and next are won by members of the admin team..........yeah thought so. The integrity and reputation of the board is worth far more than the raffle prizes.....so voted no.
Sending it to someone who can fix this is a good idea. You may also want to consider having the movement serviced to address the gear issue at 12 specially that you want to keep this baby.
Here is Francisco's review where it was revealed that one of the gear for the seconds at 12 is actually spinning on a steel plate which highly contributes to a ticking time bomb. IMHO this needs to be fixed to make this movement better.
