I am wearing my RG today....got inspired by F's pics The RG plating on newer watches are fairly decent and I have not had issues with them fading away as such.

Broke down and ordered the Don Ramon last night. I know it has it's flaws (non gold AP logo....color on tachy and sub-dials not the same and the missing hallmarks on the case-back). However, there's a very remote possibility that I will bump in to someone who has seen/handled a gen or for that matter even knows about this LE release. So..now the important part is to get a nice strap to go with this baby. The choices, as I see it, are... APBands and HKTan. Would really appreciate any other suggestions... I have written to Aaron to figure out what straps does he have in stock-ready to ship. Still waiting to hear from him. Nice watch. Definitely needs a double AR treatment. I had owned this long back for a couple of days and sold it off....the sec disc movement was very jerky. Has this been fixed in the later version yet?

The site seems to be working fine for now....but was down yesterday for some time. Guess Josh is trying to fix things. Hope the issue is sorted out for good. Engaging in unethical tactics to thwart competition ...well it's up for discussion. Like Ken said "Those in the firing line now may have pulled a few triggers themselves..." In any case, since a large part of the rep community has suffered to some extent... this should be brought to a logical conclusion.
