I did check. Amazon doesn't allow it to be shippped. Singapore post has a service where one can order from US and have it delivered in the US to Singpost. They in turn will then ship this to Singapore. However, this process takes a few days extra.

I got mine changed from a watchsmith....his comments were that the watch is very well constructed and that it took him a fair bit of time to change the bezel. So I guess it's not that simple as you have to open up the movement.

That's excellent new.....UN bracelets.....am sure will take the watch into a different league altogether. Now only if they could also rep the rotor on the Gold UN....the standard blue/green rotor looks yucky on the RG version. Josh....if you are listening.....pls make this happen

My replacement rubber bezel is holding up just fine....been over 2 months now. So I guess the V2 of the bezels were a major improvement over the stock ones.

Am waiting for CNY to get over....so I can order the order the watches again.......damn....getting withdrawl symptoms now

I have communicated with Chris a couple of tumes but never bought from him. Since the tracking no. was from China...I assumed he is based there. If Chris is a Chinese....he may have taken some time off. What is rather strange is that a Thailand based dealer is shipping from China....most others I know....like PWC/TTK and even Naarika at times etc. all ship from Thailand itself. Anyway....all the best in your quest to get the watches back. Am sure it'll get sorted out soon enough.

I did my Super Avenger and the results were fantastic.....not a single scratch on the watch now. Not sure on the Platinum part....but CapeCod says....can be used for most shiney metallic surfaces....avoid using on plated items. So....solid Platinum should be fine I guess.

I have provided the feedback to Josh that in the Gold UN, the screws in the strap mid-links need to be black. Hopefully they will correct this soon as it's not very difficult to achieve.

Not declaring any value on the package is just inviting trouble. Customs worldwide will open such packages to assess the value of the item because in most countries....you have to pay duty above a certain value. Dealer's fault....take it up with him....am sure he will send you another one ....or tell you a way out of this. Don't loose heart....hoodwinking customs is a part of our hobby Cheers

So my bro has got an offer for a job in Port Louis - Mauritius. I have never been there....neither has he. I am desparately trying to find out what is the general cost of living in Mauritius....housing/food/vehicle/household stuff/taxes etc. Google is throwing up 2-3 year old results. What is considered a decent salary there? He is into corporate finance and will be the head of corp finance for a large organization there.....has about 7 odd yrs of experience.. Any bro who has been there in the recent past or has/does stay there.....please help out. Much appreciated! Cheers
