One point to think of.... Rocketeer may in fact still be doing all he can to get this sorted out, the more negative flack that is posted in this thread about him the harder it will be for him to come here and post what is going on. In other words just by the constant damning we can turn this situation from one which (possibly) is an over his head problem to a cut and run Jacob type problem. Ken

Just a point of fact. Mark was an apprentice dealer on our board, he didn't make the grade due to bad customer service. He actually sent an admin team member what amounted to a "F*ck you" note, so we pulled his plug. Ken

I don't know about the States but here in Oz people who work with children now need full police clearances, it might pay you to contact the police and see if you can obtain such a clearance after which they issue you with a certificate or card of some sort. Again there are many places where you could offer your services such as scout clubs, church groups and community service centers where there is always other adults on hand so the question of the children's security is not as much of an issue. Both of the above may not be the preferred options for you but they are the little sacrifices we must make in today's society. Ken

Ok guys Stephane just said cool it so lets try to keep to the topic without being judgmental with each other. This is a difficult situation (as they always are when things go bad), but I think it has been pointed out that although slow there is no proof of any scamming yet. The OP and others are concerned because they have expensive watches in limbo, the Admin team here hopes that this will resolve in the coming week but other than that there is nothing we can, or should be expected, to do. Chief is upset for the simple reason that regardless of what the OP says about this thread not being aimed at him, a read from the start through clearly shows that there is a connotation of him being at least party to blame, this is not the case. So I was just in discussions with the supplier and they tell me that these glasses have a UV rating of 400, looks like I need to set up some sales. Ken

I have them but I wont list them simply because I cannot get a cast iron guarantee about the UV protection they offer, if people approach me about sunnies I always read them the riot act and say if you want to chance frying your eyeballs then thats up to you. Ken
