  1. Whereas I do like this one it's the red dial and red stich that would be a killer Ken
  2. Welcome back Kostas and very glad to hear the wedding went well..............great happy snaps too Ken
  3. Yes I too saw the name I also know he is still with us, so I am hoping it is just a coincidence and not the member we all remember, because quite frankly I have a lot of respect for that member. Ken
  4. Whoops we let this one get away. Ok this comp is now closed and as soon as I can get hold of Rob we will judge the winners. Ken
  5. Bad news indeed Andrew do you forsee this as being a permanent problem or just a token gesture to the US and things will get back to normal soon? Ken
  6. Well there ya go .............thanks for that As I was saying nice watch Neil ........................... Ken
  7. First a quick apology as this should have been posted earlier, unfortunately however your Admin has been in a little bit of disarray with 3 Admin on holidays and 2 others on light duties due to work and studies, so sorry but we will endeavour to get everything back up to speed now the team is starting to drift back to their work stations. Ok there was many fine posts in the past Month and half covering a range of topic's, in the end we narrowed it down to 16 and from there chose our winner, there were a number of threads that we felt need to be judged as one entry and whilst the wining post is forum related we did in fact have a number which were chosen for the humour factor. The honor of this announcement really belongs to jtb but unfortunately he will be unavailable due to a serious illness in the family, so please for those that do say a little prayer for Johns Aunt. Without futher ado I would like to announce the winner (actually I would like to announce all the finalist but that would not be fair) of RWG's first 'Post of the Month' is...........Drum roll please.........member Edge for his Newbie guide parts 1 & 2 The Admin is now contacting Paul at his Aspire e-shop to arrange the details for delivery of the prize. Next PoM runs up until the 25th of next month, get your posts in now..........prize to be announced. Ken
  8. You only say that because you have never seen me Ken
  9. Actually I dabble in poetry............................and I'm married Ken
  10. I thought it was more like this....... Ken
  11. I would like to thank everyone for their interest in this venture but I'm afraid that I have decided not to carry it any further. I have been asking myself as few hard questions and after a short conversation with a friend this morning have decided that it would be to much of a conflict of interest with my present position within the Admin team. So once again thank you all, but no go Ken
  12. I was very fortunate when I bought my first (the one in my avatar) I purchased it from D.L.Gates.............4 days from Texas to my wrist Understand though it is not unusual in the rep trade to wait weeks for your watch. Ken
  13. Methinks this pretty much sums it up, it a slogan devised just to keep the rep trade in check. Americans would do better asking themselves how many legitimate purchases they make everday actually funds the Mafia, they would be closer to the mark. Ken
  14. Not my fault the rest of the world aren't up to scratch <----- Chicken Licken Ken
  15. Damn soccer and the donkey it rode in on I'm going back to my AFL where the players decide games and the ref's are just a nuisance Ken
  16. Wow James welcome back buddy We were all getting worried about you Ken
  17. Absolutely magnificent, although I'm another who is not keep on the actual design, you just have to applaud what this man has achieved. Two things I didn't see there but it may just be my tired eyes (World Cup) (1) What's the beat of the movement? and (2) How much did it cost him to get to the completed watch? Ken
  18. Very special Birthday wishes for Omni, may you enjoy a wonderful day with all those who are near and dear. From all your forum friends Happy Birthday Ken
  19. No you told us this... And that's not what everyone else saw Interesting news item I saw before the game, the Australian team are paid at club level $114 Million, the Italians $450 Million. Based on those numbers one would have expected the Italians to swamp us Still the Italians are through, in my eyes they attacked better all through the game, so congratulations Italy Ken
  20. As you know I'm not well versed in this game but i have to admit that to me although we had more of the ball it was the Italians who looked dangerous with it. Ken Ps........You wont see me again tonight, I'm loggin off now and going straight to bed as soon as the game ends
  21. Well it is a small world, I've worked on a few maidenheads myself <--- Chicken Licken Ken
  22. It seems that I recall that when Australia was playing Croatia you Mr Pugwash was watching Brazil kicking circles around Japan. So no I don't think Mr Cornerstone has been watching the same World Cup as you. Ken
