Fantastic post M! Love your photography and your taste in timepieces.
  4. Entreaties and positive thoughts sent on Barbara's behalf.
  5. Thank you so much Ubi. I am not against the tip down look at all. My comment was really directed toward minor flaws with a dial, AR coating, scratches on plexi, etc. that normally can not be detected with the naked eye.
  6. Thank you HA and Ubi, A loupe is a dangerous thing sometimes. It reveals things that we wish we couldn't see. On another note, I also noticed a different finish to the day/date wheels. The German day wheel appears to have a similar finish like the gen dial. The date wheel however seems to have a brighter appearance when seen through a loupe.
  7. Sat out in the car for the last minutes of La Villa Strangiato... now it is off to watch Ironman 2 on Blu-ray
  8. I will have to agree with M and G the 1530 is my favorite too!
  9. For those who have got up close and personal with their 3717's... is there a slight tip droop on the minute hand? Thanks
  10. Wow B, you should bring this out more often! Beautiful
  11. Hey D, funny that this animation shot is just above your sig: how to lube and fix bracelet rattle!
  12. R and M, you are making my gloomy Monday a lot brighter!
