Pam 090 In Leather, Working Power Reserve
dadog13 replied to jacksavigliano's topic in The Panerai Area
if I got it right from a sssurfer post this should be a 35j asian movement, different from the asian 21j...he posted this info in a thread about the PAM222...and I think that these two reps 222 and 090 have the same mvt...sssurfer also said that this (35j asian mvt) is as good as the ETA2892... sssurfer will join this post for sure...he makes a lot of research on this asian mvt's, so he will be able to say more... as for the 090...it's a nice rep...I had it for a while before I sold it to a friend of mine...the watch is still running strong...2+ years! -
maybe with the crown and crown guard included...but the case is 48mm...
-
practically it is a joke again...a bad rep... HOS...and it should be HRS?!!! cyclops... wrong sec at 9...prefer the MBW versions of the AP's that at least have accurate dials when we cannot have the sec at 12...
-
check it out guys... available with both asian and swiss 7750... I am really interested to see some comments about the accuracy of the rep... some omega's advertised on the site too, but not so interesting for me at the moment...
-
I have just checked josh's and king's websites...they have put some new releases on...finally the rep makers released some additional new models before the new year... we have a Paul Picot Le Plonguer C Type Chrono and an AP(I am really interested in seeing the specs for this one and to see it compared to the gen - hopefully you'll bring this post on and compare it cause I have no time right now) on J's site and K is advertising a new Corum...
-
I personally like this one...dunno if I'll buy it, but the design is quiet nice...love the look of the chrono pushers that are integrated with the case...this is a 1:1 copy (If I remember correctly it was Josh who gave his personal watch to replicate it)...lately I've been out of chronos...but this one will be the 1st in line if I decide for a chrono purchase...
-
I don't know what's the budget that you have...but have you tought about a custom one from Tourby? maybe he could engrave something special for you on the movement?...
-
what you have posted in here is like a FS thread without being it in the "watches" section...and since you are not a paying member you are not allowed to do so... to sell something on this board you have to be a supporter not just a member...like this you are breaking rules...and you could be approached by the Admin team...be careful...
-
agree.... + the rubber band is wrong too... why they even release this kind of rep?
-
yes...you are right...I've just started comparing it to the gen...and it failed the exam...not a good copy...on the other hand pics from King are really confusing me...seems that everything is off...but it may be because of the light... with the ceramic bezel, AR coating...this will be a super high priced rep...wonder who will be crazy enough to give the $$$$ for it ? ..Vic...I am not too thrilled about the SSD (Rolex was never a brand that I liked...so SSD or not, it is indifferent for me)...as for the Slevin, that's a good rep...but there are a lot of them on my wishlist before it (old ones)...
-
I was just browsing Kings site and among some new released reps I found the HBB Luna Rossa...what do you think guys? It was time they release something interesting before xmas...BTW this end of the year brought a couple of new reps and I bet that they are replicated well...but they are not interesting to me (Bulgari, MontBlanc...) so what's next?
-
if you say where are you from it will be easier for members to give you some advices...
-
MAHLER....your pics are great...you are in the same class as Pugs...definitely! I have to get myself a nice camera this xmas so I can shoot photos like that...
-
rose gold and chocolate brown is the way to go...love that combo...today I have been wearing the IWC St.Exupery in RG with the rep brown strap...the watch is gorgeus and the combo is great (I need to upgrade the strap cause the rep one is not the best quality)... check the boney croc straps as well...IMHO that would be a killer combo!
-
today it's IWC RG St.Exupery...love the look of this one...especially the combination of the brow color of the dial with the rose gold of the case...I never ever tought of owning a gold watch...but since I got this one, I am considering buying more RG watches...

Holy Crap! I predict this Concord will be repped soon!
dadog13 replied to diver_dylan's topic in Other Brands Area
I like this one...however it is not in my top most wanted watch to be repped....there are plenty of them which I would consider buying before than this one... -
-
... and now for something completely different.

it is flavor flav who disassembled his original pam111 and it is trying to sell it apart...to see if he can make some profits that way because original spare parts for pams in general are really hard to find... -
the sea angler is nice too...almost same design just is a little bit smaller and with ETA movement...seems that the ORSA watch co is working right now on a sea angler with quartz movement that should be in the 150$ range... wear it well prince...and if you like the sea angler and big and chunky diver's (what I think you like) go for it!
-
i don't know what have you found misterious about the dial...however this one looks like it has a 7753 movement...
-
I am thinking of getting myself the Panasonic FZ-18...I narrowed down my choices to this Panasonic, to the Olympus you want and to the Sony H9, Canon I5IS... I think that the Panasonic has the best features among the others...my friend has the Canon and it is a pretty good camera as well... This weekend I am gonna go a little bit around to find the perfect deal...the Panasonic is 480
-
Nanuq, that's a high price...guys, I think I can go a little bit lower... I'll sell it for 1,199$...Anyone?
-
Nanuq, the watch will be made in different dial colors...the blue dial was the first one that has been released...other color dial will follow...I was told that this is not a LE, but that each dial color is limited to 100 pieces.... here is a pic of the future releases : this was the 1st prototype on the pics...you can see the date positioned at 3...however the dials that are going to be done are those...I think the following one is GREEN tnx...yeah, funny avatar isn't it?...I really do not know where it comes from, I picked it up a few years ago from another forum...recently I have discovered it again so I've put it on...
