great review...really complete...I enjoyed reading it...great comparison photos when I saw the pics of the gen I tought I could easilly pass by when the rep will be released...now, after this review I am not sure of that anymore...It has entered definitely on my wishlist... once again, thanks!

correct...he was reviewing the 1st generation...that like I said is not available anymore by the dealers...eventually to be found on the 2nd hand market

this is the 2nd version of this rep...it is definitely not worth in my opinion the $$$, it has big flaws compared to the 1st edition - for example it completel misses the He escape valve on the left side of the case...the 1st version of this rep is considered to be one of the best reps out there...however the 1st version is not available anymore, it appears rarely on the 2nd hand market and goes for 400$+...good luck in finding one! so better save your money for something else....there are a lot of great reps around...

an update on RG GB would be appreciated too... I do not know what is going with it since you, TTK, haven't been able to update the situation... ADMIN and mods, I hope it isn't a big problem that I bring the problem from the RG forum over here since it concerns a dealer active on both boards... my only reason for posting this request here is because TTK was active here and not on RG in the past week - 10 days... hope to get some moving with the GB on RG this way....

I always like the particular style and look of the grahams...I will definitely pick one up...hopefully they will do other versions of this one as well...saw in another post a couple of really lovely models of this one... only a month passed this year and already 3-4 reps came out that I have to have...seems that the 2008 will be an expensive year...

I am wearing two of them...one is on the finger where the wedding ring is supposed to be...but I am not married yet...been wearing it since i was 18 (bday gift from my father - it was his fathers ring) today i am 29...and I couldn't imagine not wearing it...it's made of platinum and it has 4 smaller and one bigger diamond...the other one is a cheapo silver that I got from my GF...will post a photo once i get my camera back...it is really a great looking ring!

I know ken that you are not taking a shot at me... ...but you are so loooong in this rep world that you should know, no matter what they do there will never be a flawless rep... when you said this about the 1:1 thing, were you refering this that you are bothered from them advertising the reps like that? that the make you (or somebody else) think it is really a 1:1 copy?

as 1:1 copy i understand that they had the gen in their hands while making the rep...that's all...I can only imagine how many reps have been done just by looking at various pics on the net/catalogues and they came out just good as this... we all know that even in this case (while having the gen in their hands) there are still flaws - we saw it in other releases...but the reps usally done like this have for me (as I take his whole hobby) acceptable/minor flaws...see for example the sec at 6 porsche...or the CACC...or others

I consider th strap change an upgrade...especially if it is a quality one...and you all know how hard it is to find a strap that suits your AP,B&R that are often custom made by our special strap dealers as Aaron,... so here is the link... hxxp://www.Altstraps.com P.S. again Ms. King...she is the fastest in this wild wild rep world... first pics og the new graham...double AR, sapphire crystal,.... This is gonna be an expensive year if they continue like this... probably there are some experts that will immediatley see the biggest flaws...but since advertised as 1:1 copy...it should have only acceptable flaws...I am not to picky...
