Mr. Search used to be a good guy...Don't remember if he is still with us...he used to help noobs... usually the best advice for new members is to use the search function...there should be reviews of thie watch you are looking for...after that visit the website of our precious dealers and then pick the one you think is the best...in your case there are two different movements in the F.A.Jones...one is asian the other is swiss...I remember seeing the swiss version for sale in the "watches" section...by a forum member...RL... do your homework...

if you browse e-bay you'll find a lot of vintage high brand watches from Argentina...I alwaysw asked myself if they were gens...now I got an answer regarding them...seems that S.America is full of this franken/rep watches

I have something like 15 reps and one gen (patek philippe)...i would buy more gens if i had he $$$...but never would stop collecting reps...for the price we pay most of the reps....they are great watches!

hi neighbour...I am from Croatia... you say you've got tiny wrists?!...you have the Omega Planet Ocean 42,5mm...it could be the right one for you...If I remember well, the BCE should be something like 43mm... as for the reliability of the movements...you never know...my most expensive rep came with a broken movement (small repair - but still broken) and my less expensive rep...the first one I bought is still running strong and great...it's all about how lucky you are...generally the watch/mvt works ok... for the start I'd advise you to get the Omega UPO "lite" version...42,5mm...and when you see how youi like it...then you can go further on and pick something bigger/different... with reps...you never lose money...if you pay something 100$...you should be able to sell it on the boards with a min loss...if it is in mint condition...so if you don't like what you get...sell it and move on a new rep...

i got the crown in 2 weeks after the payment was done...probably PAM is having probl tracking your payment to PALP...I hope you get it soon...seems that PAM has a lot of orders to fix...my PM's have been answered in 5days time...seems that one has to be really patient until all this orders are going to be fixed...my order was for 1ss eta6497 and 1ss eta 2892...

nice piece..a must for a serious PAM collector (7753 mvt)....I sold mine a week ago (ASIAN 7750) to a friend..in plan to get the 7753 swiss in the furure....didn't wear it at all, even if it is a beauty...the PALP crown looks so good even if not the right size (too thick)... wear it well!
