Wow! Looks amazing italiano, the AR is fantastic. I did this to my ice bang many months back when the ice bang was first released, except with a polished ceramic bezel and it was a winning combo. Looks really good with the brushed too! If Hublot made this it would sell like hotcakes. Wear it in good health friend

I might be interested (in both). The ocean racer strap is breitling's most overpriced strap they make, $350 for a rubber strap..wowsers! What is the lug width?

Wearing the gen colt to start my weekend

It's a pretty good deal, not great. I have the price booklet right in front of me, MSRP on the super ocean chrono on pro 2 is $3,540, on leather its $3,270. Take 25% off the retail (which is the discount I usually get @ my breitling AD) and thats $2,665 on the pro 2 (new obviously). Essentially you're saving a little more than $400..You should weigh the pro's and con's..Spend an extra 400 and you can pick one up at your AD brand new and cut out the middle man...it's always fun taking the plastic wrapping off the watch yourself, ya know? Nothing like a brand spankin' new watch! I could have gotten my Colt II auto online on the 2nd hand market and saved a little money, but I decided to go to my AD and spend a couple hundred more for the peace of mind, warranty..etc..If it were my money, I would spend the extra 400 and pick it up brand new @ your AD - just my 2 cents because last month I was exactly in your shoes deciding whether to get it online or @ an AD. Just trying to put it into perspective for ya..Either way, you wont be dissapointed! Nice watch! This is very good to hear as I bought a blackbird (also before they started using COSC) and it did not come with papers. However I did bring it to my breitling AD and had my friend call breitling and ask them when it was manufactured (september 98)..I am going to contact breitling and hopefully get these papers. thanks for the great news rod! are you sure that your breitling is a BCE? im pretty sure the watch you posted a pic of is a chronomat, rather than a chronomat evolution here are my 2 gen breits

Looks great dave!! Just a word of warning, buying gen breitling's is equally if not MORE addictive than buying reps. I've bought 2 in the last month the diamond bezel looks fantastic and breitling's factory double AR is outa this world and the professional 2 bracelet is one of the most comfortable bracelet's i've ever worn. i'm sure this watch will be with you for a long long time and than probably handed down to your children so enjoy and wear it in the best of health! p.s. you bought your breitling at exactly the right time, in a few months all high-end watch companies will be raising their prices. when I was getting my colt cleaned at my AD yesterday my friend was telling me breitling's expected price increase will be around 14%-18%!! Wowsers also if you send in your warranty registration 'kit', they will send you a free breitling hat
