  1. Fine! I'll be Dave456 and I got dibs on the grape kool-aid.
  2. If I close my eyes hard enough my wife looks like Beyonce.
  3. No worries, I'll add to the refund and get the gen bezel with diamonds. Then I can be like jfreeman420 and Dave123.
  4. If anyone is interested in a gen SA bezel have a look at this http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...y0%3D%26fvi%3D1 The owner listed it as a BCE bezel by mistake and I ended up buying it. It was returned with a full refund so I can vouch that it is in fact a gen bezel.
  5. Boy you sure make a statement with your first post. Welcome aboard and I too am interested in the same thing. It seems the bay is your only hope but hopefully someone knows a source.
  6. It's a rep!!!!!
  7. Post a pic of your BCE, and leave the chronos alone. Unless you're timing 40yd dashes you don't need them.
  8. That's the one you want. You'd be lucky to find one.
  9. Doesn't it look like the pearl rider tab is "painted" gold? And not a very good job I might add. You are right to be upset.
  10. Oh you meant a used gen 45mm. Yeah you could do that, I really didn't learn of timezone until after I started this project. I wouldn't mind a PO Chrono and might look at the used market on timezone.
  11. It is you. First of all, there is NO such thing as a UPO. The dealers made it up. Omega does not sell a "Ultimate" Planet Ocean. Second you can't find a decent PO for less than $3,500, maybe $3,000 if you're lucky. If you get one for $1,600 - $1,800, chances are you and I will have the same serial number. Finally, I took the money I would of spent on a real "UPO" and modded my rep and bought a genuine Omega Seamaster Electric Blue. So in my mind and understand I didn't go to college, I got 2 watches for the price of 1 with one being genuine and the other so close you'd need to examine it closer than I would let you.
  12. Yes it centers perfectly. My shodding picture taking skills makes it seem off center. I met a NFL football player at a Super Bowl party with the same watch, his was gen of course and I could not tell a single difference other than his caseback being nicer.
  13. I bought the watch for $150 from a member because it didn't run. I'm not sure who the dealer was. When The Zigmeister opened it he found what looked like pubic hairs wrapped up in the gears.
  14. Definite hustle. And he's using gen pics.
  15. You certainly did more than I could ever do. If you're planning on sending it to The Zigmeister I would say wear the Ingy and see how it performs.
  16. Quit trying to get out of doing some work. You know you're one of the resident Breitling specialists, especially the BCE and SA lines.
  17. That's some triple hotness.
  18. LOL! Either the CG's are way too big, or the crown is way too small. Either way these watches are fugly.
  19. Silix, but the rest of the dial is not as good as the other dials, only the logo is superior. He used to sell just the dial but I heard you may have to buy the watch now. Just to get the logo.
  20. This is the WORST bracelet out there. My local watch guy yanked out the same screw and put a pin in it. Total hack job but it's wearable.

You don't remember Blade? The word was he took all the money from the RWG watch and bought a car. An Acura if I remember correctly. Who knows, the stories were off the wall most of the time.

LOL, the thin red line. Those were some wild times.
  24. Wow. This is going to be a great project, especially the reason for the project. I hug my dog a little harder and walk him a little further everyday and for that I thank you. It's so easy for one to get wrapped up in their lives and issues. He brings me immense joy.
  25. He's just being humble, he's the father of the ZPO (there can only be one)
