man, i did the same thing on my pam and now the crown doesnt set the time, just winds the watch. i am not skilled enough to remove dial and hands, so this watch is basically useless to me. damn.

i was going to suggest the same thing. it has a rubber strap and is considered a super rep.

the graphite/graphite dial BCE is in the mail for me right now. it took me about two weeks to decide between that one and the white dial version. i think i may end up buying the white dial also next month. listen to lanikai, from the pix he post i swear he has two of every version available so he should know best.

in all honesty, i have never seen anyone wearing a pam in public, ever. i dont go on the prowl and spot everyone's wrist piece, but watches do catch my attention. unfortunately, the places i attend tend to be filled with guys who get the biggest, most blinged out watches from the swap meet, just so people will look at them (attention whores). those kind of people i am least likely to strike up a conversation with.
