What about the diameter on watchmarks' website. 42mm? http://www.bigbangworld.com others have a bigger diameter. 44.5mm. !!!! I think there is more difference between the two watches besides just the movement. Could be also the outer finish that is different... -

Yes, i am very much aware of that. My point is that the one company makes them with the 28.8k. Also the Lite. When I wanted to buy the Ice Bang Lite 28.8k, i was told that temporary it was out of stock. And my dealer could get a different version for the same price with AR and 21.6k. .......... That one came from another factory. And i guess there are a few more 'Top' dealers who are not active on this board. -

What I understood from my dealer (near Guangzhou) 2 weeks ago, is that currently there are 2 factories making the hublot replica. The first one makes the better version with better finish (supposedly) and with the 28.800 movement. The other one makes the Hublot with the old 21.600 movement, most times even with AR. AR is sold as expensive, but it is also on a 110usd 21j PAM005 i have here currently. Go figure. These 21.6 movement is sold cheaper than the normal Hublot with 28.8k. So it the price can be normal for ceramic. 250ceramic bezel+250 watch makes around 500usd. YES. But who wants the 21.6k movement....? The Ultimate versions are just much more expensive. Also the marketing of the dealers is based on that. The pictures of the Lite versions look crappy and cheap, while they really made great pictures of the Ultimate versions. AND WHY IS THAT? (...) I still think that the Ultimate version is 250-300 overpriced. Who of you prooves me wrong? -
so i guess you have the 42mm. Always measure without crown. Some time ago i also had the 42mm. I like it better than the 45. More neat.

And what will irritate more with daily use, having only one lume hand, so you absolutely have NO idea what time it is.... Haha... Wish they also made the other hand with no lume. that would be better.
-
The yellow hand on the yellow watch has NO lume. The white Aquatimer has lume on both hour hand and minute hand. Had that one before before and the quality was awesome. Hands just rep lume I had the yellow and was quite dissapointed. Will sell the watch...

I am no expert here, but if you need to give more feedback. Could be simple, but also more difficult problem. For pictures, you should open the caseback, maybe best to remove the rotor as well, to have a better view. Careful there. Picture of when the movement is in the chrono stop setting, before resetting. Can the lever of the reset button touch the other lever while in 'stop' setting? Maybe you can take a pic of that. That is my best guess, to give feedback to the other experts to this forum. Cheers and good luck, J.

I also had crystal explosion on the PAM253. Twice. It is a common known problem. From my dealer i bought a new case with glass. Just 25-30usd excl. shipping, mineral glass on the PAM253. Bad thing it happened to me while drinking coffee with family and friends. All laughing about my 'bad quality' reps..... Cheers, Jouke

Yes, Mikael, post us some pictures of the movement in running chrono position and when you have the resetpusher (almost) pushed in. Then we might conclude better...

that is fully acceptable for automatic watches. See also the post of 'Surpur'. And that is even for certified chronometers (not chronograph). Still are aware that these watches are replica's. Even when there is Swiss movement inside, that movement is not totally cleaned, oiled and fully adjusted as in a gen...
-
What is the result if you put the watch away for 12 hours, upside down instead of upside up? Even gens are allowed to have a few seconde more or less per day.
-
Already fixed the problem. Had to take hands and dial off. Then get the other parts of like the date wheel, etc, to get to the parts what the crown stem works with. Fixed the problem and put all together again. Not a perfect movement... Cheers, J.

You could also let the A7750 being completely serviced. (cleaning, oiling, adjusting) Some experts say that after doing that, then there is not much difference with the Swiss in terms of accuracy, durability, etc. On this forum there are experts who also service A7750's.

Hi Mikael, don't know how technical you are with the watch already, since you are also a new member. You could try to open the case back and see if the Chrono device on top of the movement is functioning correctly. Maybe by that you could give this forums members more info to help you. The chrono seconds could be slipping. That could be easily fixed by a watch smith i guess. Otherwise you could consider sending the watch back to the dealer for repair.

Bought it at my local dealer from China. So far i did not get a confirm that the spring is there. But i asked a couple of times, so i guess it will be ok. By the end of this week i will receive it, so we'll see then. Will keep you posted. You could ask one of the other dealers like Andrew if he can get them as well. Gr, J.

Hi, had the same problem with a Panerai Ferrari FER004. Pusher and spring. I ordered a new pusher and the spring and it will be delivered by the end of the week. If any news by then, will keep that posted...

Hi there my fellow watch friends, Needing help with a crown stem inserting problem on the '2813' asian 21j automatic in a Bell & Ross BR02 'gold' plated. Inserting works, so far, but when inserted it the watch is in the 'mode' of adjusting time and i cannot push the stem further in the movement. Pulling it back when inserted also does not give anything. I took the stem out by using pressing the release button for the stem, while the watch was in the winding (standard) mode. Normally the time adjusting mode is the second click, the date adjusting mode is the first click. This first click also does not work. So now no use. I tried both with and without pressing the release button for inserting the stem. It is inserted, but does not function as it should.... Does someone has any ideas??? Please, need help, I love this watch! Cheers, Jouke

Hi all, have been looking for a 40mm PAM with stainless steel strap, but it seems the 40mm PAM is now only available with leather strap and not with ss bracelet. What is your experience with this? I contacted both Andrew (TWG) and my other dealer. Both stating that it was not available... Has someone of you one spare bracelet? who knows... Any news from you guys? Thanks! Jouke

Chief, maybe this is off topic, but here is my answer. i am certainly not an expert, but i had hands on experience with this. It happened to a friends PAM253 with an A7750, which i got for him from China. He was trying to reset the chrono while it was running. If you push normally, you would not see anything happen. I guess it is somehow protected. But this guy, also did not see anything happen, so he increased the force used on the reset button. Bang! broken. Not really broken, but what happened is that the lever of the chronograph module got stuck behind the other lever of the running chrono. That other lever would not have been in that position when the chrono was first stopped after starting it. You could take a look at some of your own watches with open case back, chrono and 7750. To get back to your question, what damage could be caused... In the end no damage was done. The movement had to be taken out of the case, the chronomodule had to be taken off/deinstalled to get the reset button lever back to its normal position. Luckily this guy did not inflict any more damage. He even used a plier on the reset button to try to get the lever back. Just think of the damage he could have done... broken lever, etc. Cheers, Jouke

Rolexman, Thank you for your excellent post and for sharing your knowledge!! With these guideline, it will definately get the job done. I will do it, and then will bring it to my local watch smith, to test waterproofing. Before, it could take nearly 5 bar. Hopefully now a couple of bar more. When it is done, i will post it on this forum. Thanks again Rolexman, You rock!!! Jouke

Hahaa Best joke of the day so far. Keep it up Offshore!

Thanks Rolex! i just removed the movement and all. looking at that C clip with my loupe. Those are some really tiny mothers. How did you remove them? even a pair of small tweezers can hardly get a grip. Could use a tiny screwdriver, but i do not want to break them. What is your procedure? Thanks man!

Hi guys, I have a couple of PAM and FER. when they arrived, i used to directly oil the O rings of the caseback and the crown stem. I greased them with Swiss Bergean sticky grease. The one thing i do not know how to protect are those CHRONO PUSHERS. Anyone has an idea if the chronopushers also can be protected, for maintenance, to keep them waterproofed, even after a couple of years? For instance, can the pushers be removed to be able to get to the rubbers inside these chrono pushers? Thanks, Jouke
