  1. Holy Pam Smoke, what an awesome collection, great work Dude ST4
  2. Just wanted to shout about my good fortune of being able to see the fantastic Mr Stevie Wonder last night. What an awesome show. Man that dude can half sing and I defy anyone to come away from seeing him and not feel uplifted. All Brilliant, the Vocoder (troutman'esq) medley of Marvin gaye and Aussie Anthem "land Down under" was really fun and the Jazz interludes wonderful. As that man says "Don't cha worry bout a thing" ST4
  3. I'm sure it will keep on growing to, especially with the holiday purchase. Nice set of straps whats on the 113? ST4
  4. Thanks Freddy and TJ, I must try to take some better pictures of it. As for dial size it is up there with the PAMs so I guess its a 44, but its just so thin and light weight even the strap is cool and it was cheap as cheaps. (well until the ex rate went TU) I wore it to a ball last month , had to dust off the tux, a guy at my table grab my arm and went nice watch mate !!!
  5. Cheers for the bump mate, My watch guy is different to my metal worker guy but I think you maybe right. I think I've snapped the stem in the crown though, fingers crossed that the spare crown I have will fit this Auto.
  6. Good topic It used to be my Big Bang, its got so much attention that It got on my nerves and I had to let it go. 10. Guys This was forward payment and it was not nearly enough. Holy Monkies , this woman can speak, infact she does nothing else. Don't get me wrongs she's a great woman and very kind, but she don't shut up, not for a minute. She has got to be pushing 70000+ words a day. I think she even talks in her sleep. There may be Blood
  11. Guys I think I've broken my 229 DSN 7750 auto based watch. Yeah yeah, here we go again, I know!!!!!! When will I learn, JUST STOP TINKERING Anyhow I think I was over zealously trying to change the time and what appeared to happen was that I managed to unwind the crown So I took the back off like you do, when you think yer some kind of sudo watch smith and then I realise I know jack about watches. I managed to sort of screw the crown back in but it would not wind up and would only change the time backwards. Here is a picture of the crown in Here is it out And here is it off So I managed to get the stem out, but that was a battle and I managed to screw it in tight but it is not happy now, and I don't actually think its fixed in for any length of time. All that happens now regardless of it being in or out or half way for the date change position whatever, all that happens is I can change the time AARRGGGGHHHH round and round those hands go. I can't remember if there was some sort of hack on these watches, but the second hand won't even move now even so the watch isn't even running. So have I royally stuffed it and need to start to think about asking DSN for help?, or is something my local watch guy could fix with out bleeding me completely dry? I really like this watch it was my first stainless steel one and my only automatic Here is what it should look like Thoughts and support appreciated as always guys. ST4
  12. Dude given that its some "whatever'" Storm watch I'd be wanting to hide it to, so it's best left that way round. But my thoughts are that only wierdo's do that stuff, but if they have a rifle then I aint gonna argue ST4
  13. Sounds like the Hands are set incorrectly, should be an easy fix for a watchsmith. if you feel confident and with some tools you could try it yourself. ST4
  14. Wow intersting offer, but my hunch is you did the right thing dude
  15. You'll need A Simona Sewn in Curved Buckle, at least one GSD Removable buckles in Both polished and PVD and a cheapie but a goodie the MF 1942 sewn in Flat. These sholud last you , for a few months , okay weeks, oh alright a week alt least. ST4
  16. 1. The Holy Mountain (1973) 2. [url=http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0382330/]S
  17. Ok then DSN case must be 1.6mm, in the other pre V post I showed this. The Middle case though better on the lug shape had the bigger holes, where as the DSN is on the bottom has the smaller holes which is the one I ended up getting Drilled on the other side. I tried the screws in the middle case and they were too big, they would of been ok I think but this was the better option. Cheers ST4
