Ok. It could be misunderstood, that this is indeed a trusted seller. The prices and pictures on the site indicates real bargains, or cheap [censored].

What's up with watchesfit / watchesmix ? I see they have a banner here, but a search for the name comes up empty. Not a good store to buy from?

I have been wearing my Pumpkin UPO for a while now (Since x-mas or something) and before that I wore my white Breitling SuperOcean for some months. I love both these watches, but yesterday I was going to a party, and felt like it was time to give the PO some rest. I ended up putting on my old Eddie Lee Panerai 111. The watch that got me into the replica scene some years ago. Now on a rubber band, it looks fantastic, and I suddenly realized it's actually my favorite watch. It makes such a great impression on the wrist Maybe I have to buy another one. Preferably a sandwich dial this time, and maybe black... Hmmm. It's been a while since I have been on this site, but I got an obsession with watches, and the only way to get out of it was to stop lurking around here Who is the preferred Panerai dealer now days? So many pages to read, so many watches to study...

Does these fit the UPO?

After debating with my self whether to buy a noobmariner or a genuine Seiko, the Seiko won (basically because of Pugwashes picture in the nato strap thread), and here's the first shot of it on my wrist: The nato strap is on my desk ready to be used, but I kind of liket it on the bracelet as well.

If it was me that had this interview, after reading this I would let that Rolex stay at home that day. Now you get worried and distracted by wearing it. Just that you actually asked this question tells me you're thinking too much about it to wear it in this interview. I don't know about the States, but here in Norway, maybe 1/10.000 knows/cares about watches, but if the watch sais Rolex on the dial, 90% of all peoples first reaction after noticing is thinking it's a fake. At work, I had been wearing my UPO, Cartier and Panerai for a year without anyone saying anything, but when a collegue walked in with a new goldplated danish-quartz-something some people was like "Wow! Fancy watch" etc... I have talked to some of them about Omega, and they didn't even know the brand. "If it's over $150 you spent too much on your watch" is the common reaction. "This $20 digital shows the time too". The people I'm talking about are making approx $50.000 - $100.000 a year.

I kind of regret buying the orange one, when seeing pictures like these. A true classic!

I have worn my "Ultimate" PO nearly every day for over a year now. No problems what so ever. But I never wear it in the shower etc. And I'm easy on the tightening of the crown after adjusting the date / time. Picture of it in this thread: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=88264

If you ask me, I'll say number 2 is the best one. I think I remember to have read that the pearl is a general problem with the orange bezel.

Here's a pic of my UPO on a black nato strap. I think it's a sweet combo I have worn it nearly every day since I bought it over a year ago. Nato strap from timefactors.

Ok, so it's been nearly 2 years, but today I pulled the trigger and bought me a Seiko SKX031 and a timezone bond nato All thanks to the picture in this thread Ever since I saw this picture for the first time I knew I had to get one sometime This time the Seiko overpowered the noobmariner. I guess I'll get back to that later. To get slightly on topic, here's my UPO on a black timefactors nato:

thanks! Maybe I can get someone to service the movement I already have.

bump?

I have a asian auto powered Omega Seamaster GMT non-chrono The movement is not very reliable and has always given me problems. Can I buy some kind of new movement that fits this watch? I love the design, but I don't want to buy a new ETA version. It must be cheaper to get just a movement. (Preferebly a cheap but reliable one ) And how about hands? I guess my hands from the asian movement does not fit a new movement? I'd be happy to get some pointers and hints!

Typical! Just desided to buy the Breitling Steelfish, and maybe the Rolex GMT Master (Coke) and now this comes out... Makes me rethink! How is the 7750 nowdays? Reliable?

Nice Super Ocean review by this guy! I think we need video reviews on this site as well.

Silix has "lots" of variants of the GMT II. What's the difference between the ROLS027 and ROLS027-H, or the thre different pepsi-dials? These are not the "Noob" and not the "Retro", from By-Tors compare, but something in the middle?

Great! I got my watch into pieces, but can't seem to get it into one piece again... Not that dramatical, but I can't get the crown back into the movement. My guess was that it's like pulling it out, except in reverse? Push the release"button" down, and insert crown. It just won't go in there! Am I doing it wrong? I hate this movement... (belongs in my adorable omega GMT) It's caused me nothing but trouble. I got it running without stopping for a couple of weeks I think, but other than that, it just dies. Usually it starts again when I pull out the crown to adjust the time...

Can you say something about the quality and feel of the Vacheron Constantin Overseas? I love the look of that bracelet. Like a "rebel" dresswatch or something Perfect Clones states: Dimensions : Diameter 42mm x 8mm Thk ( 1 : 1 dimension ) Does that include the crown or is the case actually that big? Edit: Nevermind! Found your review!

Defacto: You're right. It's a timeless beautiful design World Traveller: I'm from Fredrikstad, south of the capital Oslo. Fredrikstad - Haugesund is about 500 km. Check out the map HERE

great! Then I can buy another rep, instead of a cheap gen I was thinking about buying a Seiko SKX031 Like the one in this beautiful photo taken by Pugwash: They're going pretty cheap at ebay.

I'm going to spend 5 nights in New York, in about a month, and all my watches are replicas... ( Except some old crappy watches ) Is it any risk wearing a rep through customs at Newark? I think the UPO will be my watch of choise. I'm just going to wear one on my wrist. none in the luggage.

Nice combo! I wear my Orange UPO on a black navy strap.
