If you live in the UK it cann be a problem, but probably the package will have entered UK and it is been send over from one place to another. After entering UK it will get a new trackingnr.

I have bought and will again buy reps with them. Dhgate is not the seller of the items, but they are the one you pay your money. They pay the seller his money just when the buyer indicates that he has received the goods and he his satisfied with it. If not you can submit a dispute and it is possible you gett a refund. I had two disputes, one time I did get a refund and the other I finally received what I ordered.

Probably it needs some kind of service, take it to a friendly watchsmit and let him have a look.

You are so right, one cann't compare a rep to a gen. Would still like to see pictures..

It will be Joshua, one of the best after sales service he has. From what I can find out on this and other boards is that there are only few problems with customs.

If a watch could be in the water we could learn it to swim, so keep it dry.

It also depends of where you live. Joshua is a good dealer, if you live in EU you can order from Precious Time or Narikaa, they are UK based so no troubles with customs and a very fast delivery.
