1st gen PO from Jared. LOL! it's genuine. i think the AR coating adds another dimension to a watch and makes it have much more presence to it. funny thing is i hadn't noticed the AR when i bought the watch! it's the strongest i've seen by far.
my wife is actually pretty cool with it! after all....i used to collect sports cars and motorcycles.....now just watches. so it's not so bad. whenever i sell any of mine i be sure to show here i'm selling these to buy different ones. or trading them. it works!
my wife simply cannot keep track anymore she signs the packagesthat come to the door......then i show her my new watches i "traded my old ones for" LOL!
i can do the mods if you are in the US, The Zigmeister is in canada, i think vaccum is also in the US, and finepics i think is in europe. hope this helps.
built this today for a member here. i really like how it came out! same guy i built the PVD ghost pam for. just added a black seconds hand to the PVD today also to finish it up and ship them out tomorrow to the lucky owner. what do you guys think?
lots of fun indeed! try www.perfect-clones.com look at the new pam 036 titanium. this may be the best out of the box pam yet. fat crown, no recessed pin, fat crowngaurd, great AR coating, real titanium. very nice quality! add a nice strap and maybe a lume jod and your done
WTF???? what is that thing? why is the bezel crooked, pvd? what's up with the dial? looks like a kids toy or something! worst daytona rep and almost the worst rep i've ever seen! i hope you don't plan on buying that...... check with the dealers here for good versions. i'm glad you found this forum so you don't get scammed with that crap.
the crown is seperate from the stem. it's easy to remove! just hold it in front of a halogen light, stove burner, mini torch or a good heat source to break the glue, put the stell in a pin vice or drill head, and unscrew it. then just reinstall the new crown and sand down the lever untill it will properly close.
@rolli......these pics are incredible! nice watch!
only the "g" series as far as i can see has the contemporary swanneck movement bridges with the engravings instead of the CDG. all "g" series manuals had these i believe.
at least he didn't ask who has the best sub......wait....who has the best sub refers to one watch.... who has the best panerai refers to hundreds of models! ....oh boy... you can't blame him for trying......
looks good! i like the jubilee bracelet. i had a tt turnograph wrapped version from joshua and i was very impressed with the bracelet! it's very heavy and the gold looks fantastic!
my crown threads are actually really good! the crown is scratched and i can't find one that has the right threads to replace it with so far! so it's either wear it scratched, or strip the threads! i always choose function over form.. still searching for the right crown.
