the gold plating is great!!!! the watch however will not pass the test because the gen is yellow and this is rose....also the gen has a carbon dial and gold markers and this one well.....doesnt! great price on this one from joshua though. cheap asian movement. looks incredible on the wrist though!!! i HIGHLY reccomend the swiss swanneck 231! perfect gold rep! no flaws on that one except replace the strap with the most expensive nicest one you can find and it will pass for gen! the plating is incredible!!! wear this more than my gens. gets a ton of compliments and so far no one even suspects it's a rep! it's too perfect

note that in most cases you will need to cut a few mm off the stem and drill out a bigger hole in the case for davidsen's crown tube. took me about three hours to install on my 111h. looks good but a bit wobbly when winding because it's spring loaded.

does anyone know how to remove the gold bezel screws on the AP jumbo rep from eddielee?? i have one that is tilted and i would really like to fix it.

hard to say....on a pretty even rotation. i usually have something new each weeks so i wear that once or twice but usually some sort of panerai....rolex GMT however gets the least wrist time of all but i can't get rid of it because i want at least 1 rolex...i got problems

i have both.....i'm selling the 222. it's just not the classic "pam" look to me. i prefer the sandwich dials to this. on the side note. the pics don't capture the date mag which is the best yet for the auto pams. the crown is good too. a great rep. not my style though....the jones.....badass rep! strap sucks but we expect that. at the price you can't go wrong! amazing movement in this one. the enamel dial is beautiful in person. i dissagree with the size....really does not seem that big. the case is thin and feels much smaller/lighter than 44mm pams i usually wear. of course i've been wearing my 187 alot lately though. buy both and sell the one you don't wear. got both from eddie in 6 days.

cant figure out how to get the crown off the stem!! tried heat and soaking in nail polish remover to loosen the adhesive. wont budge! trying to install davidsen's crown on my 111h.... please advise!

i agree 111h! get the swiss swan neck version from eddie and if you want a really nice combo for little $ get a caremel sportivo 24/22mm strap. http://www.waccex.de/catalog/product_info....products_id=374 looks incredible. still my favorite watch.......
