What else can you say but HOLY CRAP!!!!!

The lume on these is something else.

How long was the exposure?

On my Panerais, I let the watches run down before taking the shots. :)

DAMN! I looked at those and thought I saw movment, no much, but movment. Hard to tell with those big fat hands (the watches, not yours).

Some cameras simply cannot take this sort of photo. What you need to do to learn is to take long exposures in the dark.

You need a tripod or other way of keeping the camera stable: this is not negotiable. Focus with the lights on, then turn auto-focus off. Turn off the flash (Duh). Set the exposure for about 20 seconds. Set the timer (or use a cable-release) and stand well back.

That's it.

whats a good desktop/mini tripod, or does it really matter?

LOL the pathfinder 1500T pretty much everything one needs in a watch with the exception of GPS and heart monitor... has thermometer, barometer, altimeter, compass, moonphase indicator, tide chart all with the usual stuff like stop watch, world time and syncs with the atomic clock.

Might work on getting one of the Milgauss this week. It isn't all that good so I don't know how well it will turn out. The ones photographed above were bought from members so I don't know if anything was done to them or not, I was told back when I bought them but I don't remember I don't remember what I had for lunch yesterday either LOL.
