Finepics
212's are just so beautiful. Should the pushers be polished? Yes. Still no bloody OP or serial numbers.
Tikerz
The tick marks still point inward rather than outward.

panerai
Good to see that they got rid of the plastic spacer around the movement.

archibald
Man, you had me all excited. What's been fixed? The major flaw--markers, serial and OP numbers, lume area thickness on the hands, movement decoration--all look the same to me

www_watch
I think it might be too much to ask for a correctly decorated movement.... But they should AT LEAST get the caseback right....
yellomen
i am lost guys... with soooo many watches coming out i can't keep track of the flaws in every new generation of every watch... Could someone please be so kind to list the flaws of this 212 so i know where to look?
Polynomial
Blue screws -- Asian right? The 12 & 6 are too tick, markers inward, 212 should have deployant, perhaps one day...
Highflyingclive
Joshua's Asian 212 now has a sapphire crystal.

archibald
Could someone please be so kind to list the flaws of this 212 so i know where to look? Dial --Markers point "inward" instead of "outward" --lume area on hr and min hand too wide --6 and 12 slightly too thick CASE & GUARD --"REG TM" too big (or the guard itself too small) --Pushers slightly too long (could also be an illusion caused by a too-small guard) BACK --No OP or Serial #'s --Incorrectly decorated movement The only two I can't live with are the markers and the caseback engraving. When they fix those I'm in.
Usil
I think I saw one picture of this model that had 30 jewels marked on the rotor and 25 jewels marked on the movement. Anyone else notice this? Usil Edited August 22, 2006 by Usil

Anyone else notice this? Usil The Panerai OP XIX is a 30 jewels movement the 7750 has 25. So nothing wrong here. As long as it wasn't a genuine...... FxrAndy
The Panerai OP XIX is a 30 jewels movement the 7750 has 25. So nothing wrong here. As long as it wasn't a genuine...... the reason for this is that the flyback module has the extra 5 jewels, if the rep had this tricky bit of engenering theni think we would be paying alot more for it
PAMman
If the dial is to be fixed to have the markers pointing outwards then PLEASE fix the 'A's. The cossbars are still too low and look completely wrong. This was fixed on the subs so it can't be too difficult.
Usil
I don't understand - what does it mean to have the markers pointed outward? Usil
