Ronin
Oyster Braclet - Check. No Crown Guard - Nice Is it just me, or does anyone else see red/blue-black on the bezel? GMT?

Nanuq
Although I almost never say this, I think her crowns are too large. For it to be a 6542, of course. THAT'S what I mean to say.
AllergyDoc
Who cares? She has the all-time best character name in film history! ("Oh gosh!" my wife said.)
freddy333
This is why the 6542 GMT is called 'Pussy Galore'
FxrAndy
I only watched Goldfinger the other night and though that my self but i thought it was a sub, GMT fits well with the pilot roll. And the roll in the hay with Comd Bond!
Packard
As Emma Peel amply shows, women--even super-hero women--should not wear watches. They are at the beck and call of the men in their life--and as such must rely on the men to determine the "when". They don't need a watch; they only need to watch their men. http://www.pretty-ugly.com/issue1/diana-rigg/

Nanuq
Isn't it interesting how we name our toys after women? The "Pussy Galore" GMT, the "Sophia Loren" GMT, "Ginger" my Guild D70. Some other things are named differently, like "The Antichrist" Rover from The Gods Must Be Crazy.
docblackrock
This 6542 link is very well known amongst both Bond and vintage Rolex aficionados. Since Connery was still wearing the 6538 at this point, it was considered another way of suggesting that "Pooshy" was Bond's equal, a skilled pilot, and a no nonsense character who also preferred the *ahem* attentions of her girls, until of course 'cured' by 007 in that roll in the hay. As she is today....not bad for an 84 year old eh?
