Bike Mike Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 Beautiful Lani! I am a Porsche Design nut! My wife started it when she bought me a PD cigar lighter. From then it was a rapid decent down hill for me on ALL their stuff. I fell in love with their watches while at Fryderyk Chopin Airport, in Warsaw, Poland. Seeing your pics, makes me want to get one right away.
lanikai Posted September 30, 2009 Author Report Posted September 30, 2009 Mahalo All !! This particular grey colour could be found on the 356 models of the 1950's and 60's ... and since the racing colour of Germany is silver I choose this.. and also they used the grey dial genuine to replicate this model.. the black is nice but the red speaks of another country and brand car... AC L
ubiquitous Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 That is one sharp looking piece, my friend!
Toadtorrent Posted September 30, 2009 Report Posted September 30, 2009 I've always thought the Flat 6 had one of the sexiest rotor designs around. That datewheel font is awesome as well. Great piece Lani.

Great piece Lani. Yes, I always trip on the design of all the parts of this watch to resemble the parts from the engine etc. AC L
