ShawnBeever Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 I agree. The ND sub is THE classic watch. IMHO it was the first watch to get it right in terms of size, construction, legibility etc. All dive watches can trace their development back to it, that’s why it is basically the same today.
Nanuq Posted October 5, 2009 Author Report Posted October 5, 2009 Freddy, that thing is gorgeous! Wow........
freddy333 Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 Thanks, Nanuq, but I thought you have seen this (multiple times) before. These pics have been appearing in wristies for weeks.
dluddy Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 Thanks, Nanuq, but I thought you have seen this (multiple times) before. These pics have been appearing in wristies for weeks. Yea but it's still georgeous
Nanuq Posted October 5, 2009 Author Report Posted October 5, 2009 Yes, Freddy I've seen yours many times... she's a keeper for sure. The 3rd photo, the grainy one, you can almost hear the voice "Bond, JAMES Bond." Dluddy, you have GOT to put up a warning before you post that 2nd photo. You have no idea how many times I've fallen out of my chair clutching my chest. Good LORD. I'd give Ken's left nut for that watch.
Justasgood Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 eh......I suppose they're o.k........
freddy333 Posted October 5, 2009 Report Posted October 5, 2009 There is some serious metal here, gentlemen. Kudos to all.
Guest Carl Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 I wish we could more easily get the older and rarer Subs repped: Gen: Sadly, the best I can do: I have always liked the explorer dial versions. I think there were two. But number one son (age 25) grabbed it out of my collection as his everyday wearer as he said it looked as if it would stand up to wear. It has. Carl
By-Tor Posted October 6, 2009 Report Posted October 6, 2009 My old man has one too. I love the no-date.
