trailboss Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Behold the awesomeness of the HorrorMaster II Now, I'm notconvinced that the next one belongs here 'cause it's allmost undectable but some missguided folk call it a bad rep. Personaly I dunnow, look oke to me, check the date font, it's perfect! Col.
thogaa Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 I suspect this is a replica watch - Very good one but the font is a bit off and the second hand is a bit short. Being in the rep business a few months makes one aware of these things
sul Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 This was my first rep ever It was some years ago, after one summer Italy trip I returned with this monster: Watch has some unknown automatic movement and it was lag behind always. But at that time it was for me the best version of "Breitling"
thogaa Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Only after the ejection crystal had been fired. Eject, eject, eject! That was followed by the classic ejection bezel ring wich still is common on reps
Anopsis Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 This full gold Daytona is still unbeatable, imho. Are those "subdials" DRAWN on the face with a marker?? Sheesh.
TeeJay Posted January 23, 2010 Report Posted January 23, 2010 Other than them being fantasy models, what is actually 'ridiculously bad' about any of those watches?
Anopsis Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 This "Navitimer" (I guess that's what it is) is currently available from a actual dealer for the princely sum of $29.99 (Click to enlarge) +++ This one isn't a bad rep, but it's a really bad advertisement. See if you can spot all the flaws and errors before you have an aneurysm.
TeeJay Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 Now that, is interesting Not something I think I'd wear myself, but an interesting art deco take on the more modern Graham line
By-Tor Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 This one showed up at the shop today becasue the bezel and crystal fell off. The owner also wondered why it stopped working all together. Wonder why? Thanks... this made my day. Chinese version of "high horology" complication (pun intended).
southcoast68 Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 Whats scary is that I can see Rolex doing this one for real, especially with some of the other stuff they have done lately.
TeeJay Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 I'm not sure what to make of that one... Is it vintage chic, or just a fugly huge watch
thogaa Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 I'm not sure what to make of that one... Is it vintage chic, or just a fugly huge watch LOL did they ever do anything slightly resembling that chunk?
TeeJay Posted January 28, 2010 Report Posted January 28, 2010 LOL did they ever do anything slightly resembling that chunk? Not that I know of Then again, it'd make a good set of knucks OHMSS-style
