Hey Gang,

So I have been on this board a while now and like all my other hobbies, I do tend to become somewhat "taken" by them. I enjoy all the info on here and though I am not much of a collector yet, I do plan to be, and with all the knowledge I've acquired, I will do so not so naively.

Anyhoo...the story.

I found a rep for sale on Kijiji in my neck of the woods. It is quite obviously a lower grade Asian ETA Submariner with a clear back case. I e-mail the guy asking what kind of movement is in it and he had no idea. I asked more questions and he got defensive...all of a sudden the guy doesn't write me back. Guess he realized that $200 for a cheap Sub is too much for somebody who knows what they are looking at.

Pretty weak huh. The guy is trying to pawn sh*t on people. It's a good thing RWG exists so people can educate themselves.
