Cortebert
A forum member asked me this afternoon whether I had anything to take the Case Backs off with. There are tools I know but the one I use below is specially made and machined from a solid block of alloy... On one end it unscrews the DSN/Jackson Case Backs (the ones I make) and on the other it unscrews the Silix Case Backs (again the ones I make)... Its a really handy tool to have and will work on Case Backs with Dome Plexis.... As you can see mine is a bit used and worn but polished it wouldnt look out of place in a watch box.... Its quite big ie the size of a small apple so its easy to grip... I was thinking of making a small batch if anyone is struggling with their sticky/rubber balls etc. Price should be sensible and not excessive if I can get a few interested....also I am modifying the top and bottom so that it has a camber or slope (will work better and cannot catch any lugs even if bent out of shape). Drulee
I can always use a backup for my blackbard solid aluminum case back remover (which has been doubling as a hammer), so mark me down for one
esco
I'd be interested in one too... assuming price is reasonable! This looks like a tank!
Cortebert
I will try and make for the most popular models as each device unscrews two different cases, one on each end...and also keep the price sensible...
panadyne
Excellent idea, please put me down for one. I currently use an aluminium single-sider, that is really difficult to get a good grip on.
scotty
I'd be up for one again depending on price. I have a 44mm one from Blackbard (works v.well). I'm missing 47mm and 45mm for my RAD.

DocRaph
Wow, Now that looks like a really useful bit of kit. Currently, I use a Jaxa, which is great for all sorts of watches, but is such a pain to set up for the Panerais. One tool for 42/44 cases, and a second for 45/47 cases would probably cover almost everyone's needs, although there are a few odd ones out there (Eggi's ......) Be interested in prices.... Cheers, DR
wimpie007
Cool! But would'nt it be better to glue a thin plastic ring on the end so it won't scratch the watch when removing the caseback?
WatchDoc6
what was the final word on this in terms of price?
