Martyd3
I hope Raymond isn't a member here, but $600 for this? Really?? http://www.mwrforum.net/forums/showthread.php?t=38743
alligoat
Looks like the telltale sign that Freddy keeps talking about to me. The end links have been added to this bracelet and the center end pieces are all mangled as a result. The work of a butcher with a pair of needle nose pliers no doubt. freddy333
I agree with Alligoat, but this appears to be all gen. Unlike those who fit gen end links to an aftermarket bracelet to make the bracelet look gen, alot of sellers appear to be replacing end links for more popular end links to increase the value of a bracelet. Dizzy
Unfortunately we are going to see more and more of this as vintage prices rise, and parts become scarce as time goes by.
lhooq
Unfortunately we are going to see more and more of this as vintage prices rise, and parts become scarce as time goes by. Perhaps, but the asking price is at least double of what 6635s or 7205s (with original endlinks, to boot!) currently sell for. Maybe if it had one of those big logo clasps that are so damn in these days... By the way, can someone explain to me the difference -other than the stamping- between a 6635 and an expanding 7205? Dizzy
Theres a lot of people that try to sell things for twice what they are worth. You sell it on ebay and you even see it here. If he wants to try to sell that $100 bracelet for $600 then unfortunately hes free to do so. I doubt it will ever sell. The big logo 19mm bracelets aren't worth anywhere near what the 20mm ones are worth. i see "buy it now" on the big logo 19mm's at $900 on ebay and they dont seem to be selling, yet 20mm big logo's are going for $10,
